Kaname x zero after years

Hell and home irony

Zero arrived a day or two later than the Kurans. He was kindly picked up by the headmaster, who he surprisingly hugged, which shocked the headmaster. 

"Welcome home, Zero," the headmaster said with tears in his eyes 

"I am home papa", Zero said as they walked towards the car. 

Zero, upon arrival, went to his room, and with his luggage as he started unpacking; he knew that he would have to start his guardian duties again, but his old uniform was a mess. He told the headmaster that he would be needing a new uniform, to which the headmaster agreed and told him that he could grab it tomorrow however for today he might have to wear something casual. Zero grabbed a pair of black pants and a comfy black t-shirt however he was quite cold so he decided to wear the sports jersey he had borrowed from the cat demon. The red jacket had " "Kuroo-Kaichou" written in black large font at the back. Zero couldn't help but smell his sent on the jersey smiling as nostalgia hit him of his first game. He wore the jersey and made a run towards the cross-over where the girls were screaming. But upon Zero's arrival, all were quiet as they gazed at the young prefect. Sadly, the moment couldn't last forever as the doors opened revealing the vampires lead by none other than Kuran himself. The girls screamed again when Zero finally spoke out loud getting their attention once in for all. 

" Ladies, please single file, I know I can't control you all but have some mercy on me" Zero said with a small smile at the end to seal the deal. In a quick flash, the girls were in one file and almost all of them blushing.

Even the Vampires were standing still because they didn't expect Zero to ever say "please" or let alone smile. Kaname couldn't help but notice this action he walked towards zero and whispered

" You smell different, could you kindly come to see me in my office later tonight" Zero couldn't help have a small blush on his cheeks which was soon shaken off as the night class had taken off and zero was left there with a puzzled look with a puzzled girl army. After the night class had walked off a girl approached Zero. The girl was named Yori she was a friend of the late human Yuki and also a friend of Zeroes. 

"Hiya Zero looks like I missed the cross over can you come with me to the night class dorms, please. Takuma's servant dropped off a parcel." She asked, knowing well that Zero will say no. 

"Sure, Yori, let me grab that for you, a lady such as yourself shouldn't be holding such a parcel," Zero said which shook her to the core. 

Zero and yori made their way to the night class dorm where they were greeted by Aido who glared at the hunter. The hunter in return ignored the foolish vampire. 

" Level D what business do you have here " Yuki who has just entered the room asked harshly. 

" Dropping off a parcel for Takuma san, I believe, " Yori said as she glared at Yuri who in turn ignored her and left the room. Zero gathered that vampire Yukie and yori are no longer friends. 

"He is upstairs with Kaname-sama" Kain replied without looking up, as Zero and yori made their way up the Kaname's office. While entering the office Yori asked out of curiosity why his jacket said " kuroo-Kaichou" to which Zero smiled and replied that he had borrowed it from his friend back at the Vampire association as he didn't want to tell him just what change had occurred in the last 6 months. Both Kaname and Takuma heard the day class students conversing before knocking and entering. 

"excuse me, we are here to deliver your parcel Takuma -Kun," Yori said as the blond's eyes lit up, apparently another one of his mangas had been shipped to him as he ran towards it and bid the three goodbyes to enjoy his manga. Yori was next to leave as she still had to attend classes which Zero was excused from as he the headmaster believed that the boy would indeed be tired of his travels. When zero was about to leave Kaname said

" Kiryuu-kun please take a seat I have important matters to discuss." to wich Zero nodded and obediently took a seat.

"Your bloodlust how is it?" Kaname asked 

"it is fine since the blood tablets are working," Zero said calmly, not showing a sign of the lie. 

"Kiryuu, you still need blood I will be willing to feed you if you protect my dear Yuki" Kaname said without looking. Zero felt somewhat irritated. 

"no" came the reply from Zero with irritation present in his voice. 

"What," said Kuran now looking up at him. Zero almost yelled at him that he was a far superior individual than just his precious white knight. Zero had a life and wanted to be happy but this man is so selfish a flash of pain was seen in Zero's eyes before he came up with a lie that would surely dent the purebloods' ego. 

" you aren't the only one who could suffice me, wait you could never satisfy me, your blood tastes revolting, It's amusing how these blood-sucking fools follow you around to taste just a drop..what if they find how disgusting it actually is" Zero smirked for a second and the next second he was slammed against a wall. 

Kaname was hurt, Zero's arrow had bullseye. He couldn't stop but slam him against the wall his eyes red. Kaname knew how to fight fire with fire as he whispered in Zero's ear. 

"oh, and who is pure blood other than me who can quench your never-ending thirst" Zero shivered, Kaname's aura was blood-curdling. Even after his 6 months worth of training he still didn't hold a candle towards this centuries-old beast. But Zero was taught to suppress his limit regardless and took his sword given to him by his demon father and pointed it towards the vampire king. who dodged with ease however this gave the boy enough time to make a run for it, however not without a little revenge as he ran he cut a bit of the vampire's cheek and ran to the best of his ability. 

Kaname instead licked his own blood and smirked. He wondered Oh zero, most vampires would surrender but you oh you how do you stand up against me being an insignificant level d ..I am starting to enjoy myself he laughed.

This might be the last chapter for today, I really want to fish this by this week so it's one of the few completed pieces of this couple //which I truly love I just wish there were more fanfics where zero wasn't a bitch or weak but a strong individual and kanme was somewhat loving towards him
