Chapter 29

Clarke

I listen closely as Lexa tell me what happened how Ice Nation help the Mountain men and how they surrender and that they now have Cage in the cells within this very tower.

"It's late Ai Hodnes" Lexa suddenly says dragging me back into reality. I still feel like crap but laying in her arms I feel better. "Come let's get some sleep in the morning we will see if your feeling any better" she says pulling away and climbing out the bed.

I watch as she undress folding her clothes and placing them on a chair. Her body is so beautiful, she has curves in all the right place, her abs are to die for. I'm basically drooling over her body when I catch her eyes, she smirks and I can't help but blush and look away.

She climbs into bed next to me I snuggle up next to her, resting my head on her shoulder and wrapping my arm around her waist, she place her arms around me and I snuggle close.

"Reshop Ai Hodnes" she says as my eyes grow heavy and I feel myself slipping into a deep sleep.

I wake in a fit of coughs my throat sore and I'm boiling , I feel like I could vomit at any moment, I open my eyes to see Lexa dragging a damn cloth over my brow. I erupt in a fit of cough followed by vomiting. I haven't been this bad, I feel weak like I'm dying.

"...Clarke... it'll pass ...the fever only last about..." her words are faint like she's far away but she sat in front of my I can see her lips moving. A clenching pain in my stomach causing me to groan and curly myself up into a ball, a few tears fall down my face no matter how hard I try to stop them.
I've never been this ill not even as a child on the Ark.

"Clarke... Clarke" I hear Lexa concerned voice it my eyes are so blurry I can't see. (God I hate being ill).

Lexa

Clarke whimpers and cries as she curls herself into a ball gripping at her stomach as she groan in pain. I've never seen mountain fever this bad.

"Clarke" my voice is more broken then I intend it to be. ( I can't lose her to this fever)

"Get Nyko NOW!" I shout suddenly hearing the guards from out side my room moving. I quickly pull on a night dress as not to expose myself to the whole of polis. Clarke's already cover in my long blue nightdress which happen to complement her body and bring out her eyes beautifully.

Nyko bust through the door followed by Abby. ( I forgot she was here ) they both rush over to Clare and I take a step back to allow them to see her.

"Heda I've only seen one case of the fever this bad" Nyko say his voice tells me the person did not survive but that's not going to be the case with Clarke she'll live she has to.

Shaking my head Abby looks at me. "No ... No" I say not expecting what he's trying to say.

"Heda I'm sorry I will continue to test her but I can not be sure she will survive the night" I feel tears running down my face but I do not care I can't lose her, I can't.

"Abby?" She looks at me with teary eyes and look back at her daughter with sadness in her eyes.

"I think we have something at Arkadia that will help from the blood we took from her that I sent to be look at by Jackson the fever can be fought by a medical that we have Jackson confirmed it late night but Clarke seemed to be getting better, I'll radio and have someone bring as soon as they can" she says and then walks out Clarke and I's room.

Nyko has a maid bring up some more tea that should help Clarke to survive at least until we can get her medication from the people of the Ark.

It feels like hours before Abby followed by Raven and Octavia come rushing in Abby has some kinda bottle filled with green liquid and a small cup.

"Lexa lift her up and open her mouth she's going to fight taking it because it disgusting" Abby says .

I sit Clarke up and lay behind her then I tilt her head up slightly and open her mouth which she already try's to pull away from though her body has weaker and she was never any match for me in the first place. Abby approach us and give me a look as to say. 'Are you ready' which I simply nod as my reply.
Abby slowly tips the liquid into Clarke mouth and then Clarke start thrashing around. I hold her mouth closed so that she can't sip it out and she continue to thrash until finally giving in and swallowing the fowl smelling liquid. A few tear stream down her face before I feel her body getting heavy as she relaxes and fall asleep.

"She supposed to fall asleep it has a drug that knocks you out in it when she wakes she should be back to normal" Abby says brushing a strand of Clarke hair out of her face and kissing her forehead.

"You should get some rest Lexa, we still have the Ice Queen to deal with" Octavia says with a smile.

"Thank you for helping her all of you" I say with a warm smile then I kiss the top of Clarke's head.

"When she wakes tell her, her bestie Raven's here" Raven says with a chuckle before they all leave.

I slid from underneath Clarke and lay next to her wrapping my arms around her protectively.

"I love you Clarke" I say cuddling close to her.

Okay finally a chapter it is long overdue and I'm really sorry about that, I still can't get the chapter up as quickly as before because of my hand this has been really difficult for me to write so I am sorry about that as soon as I'm back to normal I will be more active against.
