17- Issy- Party

Me and Joe are running round our house like crazy. We have locked all the doors we don't want people to go into and are putting out snacks in the room people can go into, like the kitchen, lounge, study and some other rooms. I feel weird that both me and my sister are dating YouTubers. And I'm super protective of her, after what she has gone through.
"Hey babe." Joe says as he flops down on the sofa next to me for a short break.
"Hey." I say back, kissing his cheek. He's been going out with Louise a lot. I'm slightly suspicious, but Joe says I will find out soon why. Hoping 'soon' will be tonight...

After a small break of mostly cuddling and kissing, we get back to preparing the house. I decide to bake some cookies, as that is my specialty. I'm gonna ask Bo to bring over some pancakes. She texted me last night saying that Dan and her said 'I love you' to each other. I had a feels moment.

It's about 8:50 and I'm finishing my makeup. I'm planning to have a checklist and stand by the door, so I know when everyone is here. Yes, I am also a control freak. I have a feeling my baby is going to kick a few times more than usual tonight. Joe and I found out we are having a baby when I was a month along, and now I'm six months. Time has gone so fast.

'Ding dong' is the sound that indicates the first guest. Some of Joe's friends from America are flying over.
"Tyler!" Joe shouts and pulls him into a hug. I tick Tyler off and give him a hug and a friendly kiss on the cheek.
"Hey Issy! How's it been?" He asks.
"Great thanks! What about you?" I answer.
"Not too bad!"
"You can go anywhere where the rooms aren't locked, so stay downstairs if you want food." Joe mentions.
"Foooood!" Tyler sings. I smile at Joe and kiss him.

Joe has wondered off somewhere with Casper, his best friend and old flat mate, leaving me to the door. The bell rings and I open it.
"Issy!" I hear Bo yell, throwing her arms around me.
"Hey Bo!" I say hugging her back.
"I missed you so much!" She mutters.
"Me too! Hey Dan! Hey Phil!" Dan does an awkward wave and hugs me. I can see why Bo is so fond of him, he gives great hugs. I look down at the list and see that everyone is here. I walk in with Blossom and start chatting. I see Dan and Phil have already made their way over to Joe.
"How's your baby?" Bo asks.
"She's great, last night we decided her name. Morgan-Jo May Sugg, it's so nice, isn't it?" I smile, looking down at my bump and rubbing it gently. Blossom nods and smiles.

At 10:30, the music dies down. Joes pulls me into to lounge where everyone was waiting.
"So, Issy. This is the true reason why I invited everyone over. Well, I don't think I told Dan, Blossom and Phil, but still. Sorry." Joe grins. "Issy, we have been together for over 2 years, and I'm pretty sure I am making the right decision. Louise isn't ill, she was helping me yesterday to plan this." I have a pretty good idea where this is going. Louise pushes her way through the mass of people and hands Joe a bag. "I don't want to make a huge fuss about this, but..." He gets down on one knee and my hands fly to my mouth as tears start to form in my eyes. "Issy Wills, you are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with, through happiness, sadness and illness. Issy, will you marry me?" The tears overflow.
"Yes, oh god of course." I manage to say. Joe gets up and kisses me. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him back. He pulls away, his eyes shining with tears. He takes my hand and slides on the ring. I kiss him again. I look at Blossom and see that she is filming with Dan. I smile at her and she comes forward to us. She hugs me.
"Congratulations Issy!" She says into my shoulder. "I hope this is me and Dan one day." She mutters, thinking I can't hear her.

All the guests are gone now and me and Joe are tiding up.

You can guess what happens when we are in bed...
