No one's POV
Landon started hearing loud heartbeats he was unsure of why he was hearing them but it only happened when he got close to Hope. He looks over at her "Do you hear it too?" He asks. Hope nods but also very confused. "Yeah I think it's the baby. Is something wrong with it? I'm only two months pregnant I don't think it's supposed to be that loud." Hope says panicking thinking something was wrong with the baby. Landon rubbed her arm trying to calm her down but he was just as panicked he knew she had something wrong where having kids was difficult for her. "It's okay babe I'm sure she's fine." He says. "But what if it's not? I think I want to see a doctor." Hope says not wanting anything to happen to the baby. "Okay let's go then." Landon said before helping her up and then walking to Alaric's office and knocking. Alaric opens it. "Hello Landon, Hope want can I do for you?" He asked. "Um well~" Hope starts but then stopped nervous. Alaric grew concerned. "What's wrong?" He asked. "We're afraid something's wrong with the baby.." Landon said obviously worried. "Then she needs to see a doctor right away. I'll call Elena Salvatore she knows about supernaturals so she's really the only option." Alaric said before calling Elena. "Hello Elena it's Alaric, I have a favor to ask." Alaric said. "Of course what's up?" Elena asked. "One of my students are pregnant and their afraid something may be wrong with the baby. I was wondering if you could check it out." Alaric asks. "Yes of course. I'll be right over." She says. "Thank you." Alaric said before hanging up. "Okay Elena will be here soon, just try to relax I'm sure everything will be alright." Alaric said. Landon sighs before nodding he was trying to stay calm because he knew Hope was already panicking. Hope just held her hand on her stomach.

Hope Mikealson POV
I couldn't handle this I was panicking. I didn't even want to be a mother but now if something happens to the baby I know it will kill me. I started to feel a sharp stabbing pain in my abdomen and just broke down crying I knew something wasn't right. Landon tried to calm me but it wasn't working as planned. "I can't lose this baby." I say I between sobs. "Hey you won't the baby is going to be fine, everything is going to be okay." Landon said as he held me. I go to say something but couldn't so I just buried my head in his chest as I cried. A few moments later there was a knock on the door which Alaric opened and Elena walked in. I let go of Landon and whip my eyes. "Hello, I'm dr. Elena Salvatore I heard you're worried about your unborn baby. Could you tell me what's going on?"  Elena asked looking at me. "Um yes well I feel a sharp stabbing pain and I don't think that's normal. And something just doesn't feel right." I say as Landon holds my hand. "Okay, how far along are you?" Elena asked. "2 months." I reply. "Could we go to one of your rooms? I have to check the baby and we can't do that with her standing."  She said. "Will my room work? I have a single so no one will be in there." I say. "Yeah that'll work, also Alaric may I have their files to see their medical information, and species?" Elena asked. Alaric nods. "Of course, do you need both of theirs or just Hope's?" He asked. "Well it depends are you the dad?" Elena asked looking at Landon. Landon nodded. "Yes ma'am." He says. "Then I will need his file too." Elena said before Alaric handed over the files. Elena read then shocked after reading mine I'm guessing she found out I'm Klaus's daughter I was scared that she wouldn't help me because of it and started to panic. Landon held me. "It's gonna be okay baby." He says. I hugged him trying to calm myself down but I was so scared I was having trouble thinking straight. "So Hope your a tribrid, and Landon your a phoenix. Is that correct?" Elena asked. Landon nodded "Yes ma'am. Is there a problem?" He asked. "No not at all I think we may have just figured out what's going on with you Hope. I would like to check on the babies to make sure." Elena said. "Really? What's wrong with them?" I ask. "Nothing is they are just hybrids of four different species meaning they develop faster then normal babies meaning you'll probably have them at 6 months instead of 9." Elena said. Landon was just smiling now hearing he was going to meet their child sooner that was until the next thing was brought up. "But also the birth is going to be difficult, it's to soon to say but there is a chance you could die during birth." Elena said. "Okay, but what about the baby? Will the birth be safe for them?" I ask. "Wait what die? No she can't die." Landon said. "The baby will most definitely survive birth. It's you I'm worried about." Elena said. I hold Landon's hand. "Well then that's okay, as long as the baby is safe. And babe don't worry I haven't activated my vampire side yet so when I die I'll be a full tribrid." I say. "I don't want to lose you. I love you to much." Landon said obviously upset about the situation. "I know and you won't I promise." I say. "Okay." Landon said before holding me close. "You two will be great parents." Elena said with a smile she was definitely starting to see I wasn't like my father. "Thank you." Landon said with a smile. "Okay so let's go check that baby." Elena said before we walk to my room. "Do I lay down?" I ask. Elena nods. "Yes, could you also pull your shirt up?" She asked. I nod before laying down and lifting my shirt up. "Okay this is going to be a little cold." Elena said before putting the gel on my stomach before checking the baby or well should I say babies.... Landon held my hand as it happened and he say the results first and was shocked. "What is it?" I ask. Elena just smiled. "You're having twins, a boy and a girl congratulations." She said. I smile becoming very happy. "Thank you so much." I say. Landon chuckles. "I told you I would be having a daughter." He said before hugging me. "Well I guess you better start picking out names for that daughter of yours." I say jokingly before hugging back. "Thank you for everything Mrs. Salvatore." I say. "No problem, have a great day." Elena said before getting the stuff and walking out. "Thanks, you too." I say before hugging Landon again. "We're having twins!" I say happily. "Yes we are my love." He says back before kissing me. And we're just gonna end it there.
