"I did not do anything. It was not my fault. I know you really love me but...let's kill this love." Win said dramatically. JJ groaned as he threw his phone lightly on the table they were sitting on. He lost the game for the nth time. No one can beat Win. The four friends were joking around and having fun and this was being watched by the other 5 friends who were spying on them.
"Man, I wish we could do that at least once." Mike said as he pushed his food away and rested his head on the table. "You wanna be dramatic? You always do that." Mew said and continued eating with no care. But Gulf and Bright felt as if they needed to keep that kid away from themselves. "We will have 2 noisy semesters coming up." Gulf said as Bright was just staring at Win. "I don't care, I will be done with uni in two semesters anyway." Mew said, shrugging.
Out of the three boys Mew was the careless one and that is why they became the snake. At least he was careful enough to hide his real name. But there was always killing these days. Their victims are getting more alert and bold. It has been a while since they did a proper heist. They always end up killing. They wanted to do a heist, it was more fun - the chase, the suspense, the danger. They wanted to do that again. It feels like something is awakening in the underworld. Something powerful and dangerous.
Bright shook his head trying to stop thinking about the things that are going totally wrong in the underworld and looked away from Win. "Okay guys, let's go meet our team mate. We will start working on the project after lunch." Bright said, standing up. The three walk to the table, leaving Mike and Gunsmile behind.
"Hey Metawin, we are your team members." Mew said as he sat next to him. Khoatung, JJ and Pluem took this as a cue to leave. Bright took the seat opposite Win while Gulf took the seat next to Bright. Mew sat next to Win. "Hey" Win said putting his phone down half-heartedly as he had to pause the game. "So..." Gulf said, not sure what to say. "If you want it to be awkward, that is how it is going to be. Loosen up guys and you told me we will be working in the library today after lunch right. Loosen up by then. See yah." Win said and stood up totally ignoring the strong gaze on him.. He noticed it but ignored it. "Yo, can I come too? Let's play Among us." Mew said, standing up. "Sure, let's go."
"So we are the only socially awkward people huh?" Gulf said as he rested his head on the table. "Huh?" Bright said that, but it was not the answer to Gulf's statement it was to how quickly Win understood the situation and how his guard was always up. Win understood that they were trying to get used to him being around and made a move. But when Bright tried to look through him, he didn't get anything. The only thing he got was the type of person he is from the fashion point of view. He was a psychology student after all. Bright has to be careful.
