Chapter 1 - Secrets

Its been such a long day and ladybug and cat noir have just finished defeating hawk moth's newest victim. One minute before transforming ladybug and cat noir land on the Eiffel tower as they watch the sunsetting turning the city into a beautiful desert orange and a slight breeze passes through their hair.

                                       "Pound it!" They both cheered whilst bumping fists and ladybug let out a giggle and a sigh as she stared in Cat Noir's eyes giving him a soft smile. Their miraculous flashed warning them that they would change back but they remained standing watching each other. Cat noir let out a flex and remained sitting and ladybug just stood watching the sunset.

                                     "I have to go Cat Noir, I have to go to a birthday party"; Ladybug said and cat noir lightly gasped as he had to go to someone's birthday too, what a strange coincidence He thought but shook it off. "see you tomorrow most likely" She joked and glided off until the sunset turned the sky to a dark space blue. Cat noir transformed back into Adrien and the weak kwamii Plagg rests on his shoulder.

                                    "Come on Plagg, let's go to Marinette's 18th, there will be plenty of cheese you can munch on there" The 18-year-old said and ran off to her parent's bakery.

The party was awesome, everyone was dancing, lights were flashing, and the cake was nearly as tall as the ceiling. Adrien walks to the party and does his tie up and watched his classmates dancing around, it was almost like the entire city was there. The blonde looked at his watch and grunted at the time knowing that his father will check in on him to see if he was in his room but then looked at his black kwamii who flies straight over to the buffet table to eat cheese.

                                                "Adrien you came dude!" Nino cheered and gave his best friend a hug and headed him towards the DJ that he oversaw. They both mixed records but Nino caught out Adrien for checking his watch "Dude, your dad needs to understand that your 18, your legal to do most things in the world, let him understand that you're an adult, come now have something alcoholic down ya and chill out" Nino said and Adrien just laughed as his best friend handed him a beer to drink and they both started mixing more music until Adrien gazed his eyes over to the birthday girl who just came in as if she had run a marathon and everyone froze but Aliya let out a laugh.

                                                "Sorry I'm late, I'll get dressed and come back down!" the new 18-year-old chuckled awkwardly and rushed up the stairs to get dressed. Until the door that leads to her bedroom opens for Marinette to see Aliya crawl up and cross her arms.

                                                "How are you late to your own 18th birthday party" Aliya laughed and Marinette rolled her eyes before laughing and rummaged around her draws and wardrobe but could not find the perfect dress to wear. "At let me guess you haven't even chosen your dress to wear for tonight, girl you make me laugh" Aliya joked and helped her best friend get ready. "Hear wear this, its red and bold just like you, kind of".

                                                "Jee thanks Aliya" Marinette laughed and got ready as Aliya heated up the hair curlers and styled Marinette's hair. It was half up half down with a bun that had curls as if it rained down passed marionettes shoulders. It was not long before "I'm so nervous for tonight is Adrien here yet?"

                                              "Yes girl, Adrien is here, he's with Mino DJ'ing most likely getting drunk and here you are being boring a sober".

                                             "ha, ha, ha. Ill have a few maybe that will calm my nerves down a bit" Marinette laughed until Aliya pulled up a vodka jelly shot and Marinette giggled feeling unconfident and didn't know how do a shot. "how do you do it?" she asked making her best friend laugh and Aliya shook her head in disbelief.
