"We don't want to lose you! Stay with us!" Part 3

The next morning, evryone was heading to the kitchen to have breakfast in the compound and announce any plans for the day. "Well at 1 P.M., I have to attend an unskippable meeting that I put of for the last 3 weeks, and if I don't Pepper is going to have my head. Also Underoos Shuri will be coming to the compound later this week, god I'm dreading it already and she isb't even here.", Tony explains. Peter looks at him with both an expression of enthusiasm and mischief. While everyone was putting their leftovers in the trash, Peter decided to drink his orange juice, and when he noticed the cup was empty, said "THIS BITCH EMPTY! YEET" all while throwing the cup into the sink. Mj just looked at Peter with an unamused face showing that she wasn't impressed with his vine reference. "Have you ever heard of vine-" he was cut off as he was suddenly tackled by Mj, with her pinning him down on his back. "Don't you dare do that again Parker", she hissed. Peter nodded in understanding. "Hey Parker, let's head to the lab and start working on something if that sounds good to you. Also you can bring your girlfriend.", Tony said with a wink. "Tony she is not my girlfriend!", he said with his cheeks groeing a slight pink color. And with that they headed to the lab for a while until Tony had to leave. (Time skip to when Tony comes back and it's dinner time) After Tony came back from his meeting to which he replied 'boring as heck', everyone got ready for dinner and went to the dining room. "Hey guys, so I was thinking, I'm ready to go home because I'm sure my mom is worried about me, how about I carry something like a taser or pepper spray on me?", Mj suggested. "You know, that sounds like a good idea Mj, I'll get my spare Widow's Bites after dinner", Natasha told her. So after everyone finished dinner and said their goodbyes to Michelle, Natasha gave her one of the extra Widow's Bites and taught her how to use it in case of an emergency. "I can't wait to tell Ned tomorrow at school about this. Also would you like me to walk you home?", Peter asked. "Sure thing", she replied. Peter went to put his wristband for his iron spider suit on to make for easier acess, and met Michelle back in the lobby. They exited the compound and began their walk home. You know Mj, I enjoyed this weekend with you, even though it was pretty hectic.", Peter began. "Me too, I just hope it goes smoothly." They continued talking about stuff like school when they passed a nearby alleyway, and all of a sudden, Peter's senses went off again, telling him to watch out quickly for any danger. "Hey Peter are you ok? You're acting kind of strange.", she asked. Instead of speaking, Peter tapped the wristband and his suit formed around him. "Mj, something- AH" Peter was suddenly attacked by 4 people out of nowhere, both of them trying to attack Mj and Peter. He tried attacking them, but it was useless as they were starting to overpower him easily, even with the SPider-Senses. One of them snuck up behind Peter and knocked him out with a medium sized pipe they found, and began to focus on Mj. She managed to put up quite a fight thanks to some basic self defense classes, but she too was knocked unconcious, but not before she could hit onw of them with a Widow's BIte, and she was tied up and put into the back of a van. "Leave Spider-Man, there's nothing he can do.", a recognizable voice said.  (Time Skip) Peter woke up a few hours later to see himself in the compond's medbay, but looking into the eyes of Tony Stark. Peter's eyes shot open as he explained the situation to him, with Tony telling him that they'll get her back and take care of Skip and his organization. Surely enough, FRIDAY informed him that he recieved another message fron Skip, and asked to play it, to which he said yes. The video opened, showing Mj tied up to a chair with her mouth gagged. Skip eventually cam into view and started speaking. "See Parker, I told you this id what would happen because of how you ruined me", he spat. "STFU, YOU R***D ME FIRST WHICH WAS WRONG. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BAD", Peter yelled back. Steve didn'r even bother to say 'language because of how crazy the man actually was. He just looked at Peter wide-eyed, same wiht Tony. "Also the other man I forgot to introduce you to is none other than Thadeous Ross himself.", he said. "Hello Parker, if you want to know why I'm doing this with him, think back to the events of Lagos 2016, and the reason of the Accords.", he told him. "Just beware, you have 48 hours to turn yourself in, or the girl is going to perish at our hands.", Skip told him. He then held a dagger towards Mj's neck, who started visibly shaking at the sight of it. "Your choise Parker, and remember, 48 HOURS!". And with that, the video cut off.  Everyone who witnessed the video, visibly had facial expressions of anger and rage in their eyes. "Kid, you have to wait until you heal to go get her. We get that you want her safe, we really do, but for now, you rest. As for Ross we'll deak with him later. But get rested, and tomorrow we'll make a plan and save her.", TOny informed him. Peter obeyed and laid his head back down, allowing sleep to overcome him. But however, it would be better if his sleep wasn't plagued with nightmares... The next morning, Peter woke up and got ready to save her. Everyone was heading to the lobby where they discussed a plan. Tony, Sam, Natasha, Rhodey, and Vision would take on Ross, distravting him so Peter could get to Mj. Meanwhile, Bucky, Wanda, Clint, and Scott would take out the guards. They had tracked the location to an fortified facility (not the Raft) in New Jersey, and were ready to save Mj. (Meanwhile) "You know, I see why Parker loves you. I mean, who wouldn't fall in love for a strong girl. But I'm going to show him how weak he is.", he sneered. "No please don't do this", Mj said. She was struggling to free herself, but she wasn't able to as she was injected with some sort of green substance. Then, everything went black. "Whenever he gets here, let's leave her here for him to find," he said and started on the "other message" he'd leave for Peter. (Time Skip Mj's POV) When I woke up again, all I could feel was pain throughout my entire body, and when I tried to stand up, I felt an excruciating pain from my lower region down, and realized in horror what Skip had done while I was unconscious. I started feeling tears prick my eyes, and I allowed them to fall while hoping that Peter would help me. (Back to the Avengers) They were riding in the quinjet in silence, after going through the plan numerous times. Peter had received one more message, though this time it was a picture with a caption saying, "Hurry up Parker, her life depends on it." He displayed it through a holographic projector, and all the avengers could see was red after they saw Mj in the photo. "Kid, this isn't your fault. You and Mj did your best to stop them even though it failed. You aren't responsible for her condition. They are", Tony assured him. FRIDAY had announced that they were approaching the facility. Everyone geared up and when the Quinjet landed, they went full force while Peter had gone looking for Michelle. After searching many corridors, Peter's super hearing picked up what sounded like muffled sobs from the room across from him. He managed to oprn the door with his strength, and almost vommited at the state Mj was in. She had multiple bruises, cuts and gashes all over her from getting attacked. "Well, well, looks like the Spider has arrived", Skip's voice being heard throughout the room. He was holding what looked like a steak knife, getting ready to attack Peter. "So what's the verdict Parker?", he asked menacingly. "How about no?", Peter said and then started to attack Skip. They through many punches and kicks, but Peter subdued him with a web grenade that would allow him and Mj to escape. "Oh and Parker, one more thing.. see you in hell.", he said as he held up a detonator and pressed the button. Peter quickly picked up Mj, hearing her pained whimpers and comforting her as they made their way out the facility. "Peter it hurts so much," she whispered. "I know Mj, but we have to get out of here," he responded soothingly. "Guys, Skip activated a detonator and the building's going to blow soon. We have to go NOW!", he explained frantically. Everyone piled onto the jet while he came running out as the building exploded. He was thrown forwards by the force of the explosion, but otherwise he was good aside from a few punches from Skip. He helped Mj onto the jet, and they made theor way back home. Tony started healing some of Mj's gashes with his suture spray (the stuff he sprayed Bruce's arm with after he snapped and what he sprayed himself with after getting stabbed by Thanos), qhile Bruce cleaned her little cuts.  TOny  started telling everyonr they did an amazing job, especially Peter. As they travelled back to New York, he thought about how unstoppable the Avengers were, and nothing could stand in their way. Even though Mj had been a victm of something terrible, she knew that with help, she would be able to move past it with a few scars, but she would stay strong. "Hey Mj, I just want you to know that  you’re an amazing person. From your sarcastic manner to how sweet and angelic your voice is. Everytime I see you smile, I realize how lucky I am to have you. And Ned as well! And honestly, I've had this crush on you for a while, but I was afraid that you would reject me and I'd ruin our friendship. But just know that I love you a lot Mj.", Peter told her. And then, Mj's lips connected with his as they pulled in for their 1st kiss. "I love you too Parker, and you're always going to be my special loser", she replied back. They got back to the compound where they put her in the medical wing. It turns out she would be staying there for a few days while she heals. Although she would have nightmares where she shot up and started crying, Peter was always there to help comfort her and fall back asleep. (Time Skip) it was a few days later when they both went back to school, where they filled in Ned on everything that happened. Mj was hesitant at 1st, but she told him about what happened with Ross and Skip when she was captured. Needless to say, Ned was very supportive along with Peter during her recovery. After school, and with their parent's permission, Ned and Mj went to the compound where they would spend the rest of the week with the Avengers. They ended up enjoying movies, sleepovers, etc. One night, while they were watching Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Mj ended up falling asleep on Peter's shoulder with her head nuzzled into his neck, making Peter turn a bright red , hoping that no one would notice. He eventually fell asleep as well The next morning, they woke up in the living room. "Morning loser", Mj said with a yawn. "Morning Michelle", Peter replied. They shared a kiss, and Clint just happened to walk in on them. "STARK YOU OWE ME $50!", he exclaimed. To which Tony responded,"DAMMIT!" "You made a bet on us?" Asked Peter in disbelief. "Of course! You 2 are inseparable", said Clint. Peter looked at Mj before saying,"We sure are Clint. We sure are."
