Her life might feel like she walks on eggshells,
Her words have spurt out like a waterfall, fast and strong,
Never desires to do any wrong, but words just run like athletes run,
She never knew it was all bad, but they spoke up and now she knows,
Her normal was not normal at all, and everyone judged under their breath,
They mocked, laughed, and joked instead,
Behind her back, they spoke such filth,
And around her they teased her still,
And once he told her to calm down,
She had to take caution, not make a sound,
She feels the eggshells sinking deeper,
The blood comes out, stains on the ground,
She screams to them in agony, but all they do is look and see,
Judgmental eyes with such disgust, and violent whispers in the dark,
Her heart just shatters and breaks apart, but she knows it's all her fault,
She knows she cannot fix what she has always done,
Although she can now change who she's always been,
She can be selfless for once and maybe he would be her friend.
