Now at the republic knew you were the chancellor granddaughter a lot of senators saw you as way, of gaining favor of your grandfather. There were two people you didn't come to you looking for something it was anakin and padamo, they mostly came to talk with you. They never asked your for something which made you feel great because you didn't enjoy being used because of your family status.

???? " lady y/n" You were about to leave the senate building with the guards you were given by your grandfather, because he wanted to make sure you stayed safe.

Y/n " oh hello padamo and anakin"

Anakin " we were wondering if you had some free time there is something we want to speak to you about something"

Y/n " sure"

Anakin " I will take it from here boys i will make sure the lady y/n get home safety" the guards obeyed anakin knowing he was a Jedi knight and higher rank then them and more powerful.

Y/n " so how may I help you guys"

Padamo " we just wanted to see how you were getting use to be the second prime minister of Naboo and granddaughter of the chancellor here"

Y/n " it been going well but mostly everyone has been asking me for favors when it comes of bills"

Anakin " you seem to hate that"

Y/n " well I do just because I'm the grandfather granddaughter doesn't always mean I can get, my grandfather to agree on this easily even when it comes to things involved with my life"

Padamo " oh understood my father rarely allowed me to do anything on my own with out his say so"

Anakin " of you don't mind me asking why did you grandfather keep you hidden on nabbo all your life"

Y/n " once he become chancellor his whole life had changed and once, me and my mother came to live with him on nabbo he knew he had to keep us hidden for our safety .... after my mother death he became more overprotective but he also grew to hate the man my mother loved who is my father"

Padamo " have you ever meet him your father"

Y/n " only once at my mother funeral but I never saw him again, but grandfather soon took up the responsibility to raise me and make me into the adult I'm today"

Anakin " well y/n I will be honored to be helping you as you are prime minister of Naboo"

Y/n " thank you anakin"

Padamo " if you are free tonight would you mind having dinner with us"

Y/n " I would love too" anakin and padamo soon smiled at you soon all three of you walked away from the senate building together. While you grandfather watched from far away he plan was working perfectly but he had to make sure to keep the Jedi council out of his way so his plan could work.
