Hello. I am Chancellor Ava Paige, the head of W.I.C.K.E.D. I am most dejected to announce that an error has occurred in our standards.
As all of you know, The Trials are a way for W.I.C.K.E.D to find a cure for the Flare, the deadly disease that followed the sun flares.
Many do not agree with our standards but I must assure you that what we are doing is for the greater good.
For years we have been tracking, monitoring, and studying the brain wave patterns of both Groups A and B. So far we have, unsatisfyingly, found nothing.
Our head scientists have searched for a way to overcome the Flare for years, and now, something has come up.
Starting with The Maze Trials, which so far have been a success, W.I.C.K.E.D industries have found ways to challenge the mind and erupt the responsive actions that could not be found without our ways.
The error in our system corrupted many flaws and have interfered with our subjects' responses.
The error has made a major impact on another subject, A5, and W.I.C.K.E.D unfortunately has to correct this error and prevent further distractions.
The error was not meant to be sent to Group A, a defect in the system is the origin.
W.I.C.K.E.D will try all we can to repair the error and barricade any more.
Through the process, however heart-wrenching it may be, always remember.
