"Burn"
*Sherri*
I had the privilege of sitting across from Avieon as he stared into my soul. I rolled my eyes, interrupting his captivating entrance into my windows.
"Why do you do that?" He tilted his head as if he was a dog trying to study his master. Farrah and Dino had another table at the moment, the bar, because both of them loved getting fucked up with anything it offered.
"You know, a proper first date would have been sufficed." I told him, grabbing a bread stick from the fancy dinner table set up. For the life of me, this secluded little place had a bar in it.
"I wanted to get you out of the house, keep you from visiting the dangerous areas of it." He took the bread from my hand and placed it on a clean plate, pulling it away.
"Excuse me, I was going to eat that." I warned him, trying to take it back.
"No, you will not. Bread is not healthy for you out of moderation and that is your third one." He frowned, pushing the huge salad bowl closer to me. It had iced tongs sticking out. No one touched it, not even D' who claimed he had to keep his girlish figure.
"Avieon"
His expression locked in an icy glare.
"Aphrodite" He smiled finally breaking it.
I sighed and grabbed the tongs to serve myself. He watched me as I placed it on a plate and dug into it with the fork I was going to spread a wonderful helping of honey butter on my captured breadstick.
Farrah sashed her ass back over with a few drinks in her hands, trying not to spill them.
"One for you," She handed Avieon first. That shit rubbed me the wrong way.
"Sherri, I got your favorite." She gave me her million-dollar smile and sat next to me.
"Thanks" I smiled curtly for a moment before returning to my suspicious but stank attitude towards her. I just couldn't help being pissed at her. She did save me from the wolf but that was not going to excuse her lies for years to me.
D' sat next to Avieon with a flirty bat of his eyes, was he already over the wolf or did Farrah make him forget that too?
"D' he's mine." I warned and he nodded and sipped on his drink to keep his mouth shut.
"So, what's the deal?" I asked them. The waiter just so happened to show up the second I asked with her partner behind her with another tray. They placed it on an empty table behind us and started to serve us.
"Would you like cheese?" The girl asked me. I simply shook my head no and Avieon's stupid smile told me he agreed with my choice. He and I were going to have a talk later about how he tried to control my eating habits. First, he'd go crazy about me not eating and now I was, he wanted to guard that too!
The food looked amazing. I wasn't too into Italian that much but I ordered a old fashion plate of spaghetti with meatballs and a side of cheese sticks. Avieon had a simple shrimp scampi and so did Farrah. D' ordered a manicotti with grilled chicken. I tore into the food, disregarding the outfit I came in. I was damn near through my spaghetti, slurping the sauce off a noodle and my eyes met with Ave's. They were wide and he was moving uncomfortably in his seat.
"Excuse us," He said, standing with his napkin still held in his lap. He pulled me from my seat and we headed to the back of the restaurant. We entered a hall where the lights started to fade until we stopped where I could hear he was using a key to a door.
