It's been hours since I first saw him. I asked for food and medication right away, just so I could fall asleep. I needed Hikari-san though. After experiencing a near death situation, I was afraid of sleeping again. I was choking, so of course I would be afraid of falling asleep.

I told Hikari-san that, if he ever comes to see me, she should push him away. I don't know why he's around, but he is around. That Tsukishima Kei. He would most definitely tease me for being here. He'll make me spill information without even trying. That guy gets on my nerves—he gets on everybody's nerves.

I'm just reading Adventures of Sherlock Holmes to pass time. Mom arrived sooner than I thought, and she did bring me donuts. I ate half a donut, and couldn't finish the rest. Mom had to eat it for me. She's been eating the donuts since she got here.

"Sweetie, I heard you had complications earlier?" I nod, and she takes the book from my grasp. "What happened?"

"I tried sleeping without meds." She looks so surprised, in what manner though? "I've been wanting to sleep on my own, but I'm afraid of sleeping because I might never wake up.. I tried to do that earlier, and.. I suffocated.." She cups my cheeks, and I smile apologetically as I feel her hands tremble against my skin. "I'm fine now.."

Mom pulls me into a hug, and I hear her sniffle. "Don't ever try that without me or anyone around.. Please.." I pat and rub her back gently, and nod. She pulls away, and I wipe her cheeks clean with a tissue. "Anyway, I met someone at the hallway earlier."

"Is it Tsunematsu-san?" She shakes her head as she wipes the inner corners of her eyes. "Who did you meet? My doctor?"

"Tsukishima-san." Oh.. "I asked why they were here because I know that they live in Miyagi, apparently her son is admitted here as well." I raise my brow and tilt my head slightly as I demanded for more with my eyes. "She didn't say which son.. but, he is admitted here too. For chemotherapy."

"Mom, will you let me go out for a little while?" She nods, and helps me up.

I'm now curious. Chemotherapy means cancer. I'm gonna find out if it's him or his brother. He was wearing pants and a jacket, so I don't think it's him. But, I have to make sure of it. I didn't exactly expect someone from Miyagi to suddenly appear here, especially that beanstalk. I could've thought of the other blonde, Hitoka, but not him.

I asked the nurse, but she said she doesn't know. Hikari-san was paged to be in a surgery today, so I don't know. I have nowhere to go, but the playground. It's already nighttime, so I doubt that anyone would be around there. Since it's peaceful there, I can stay there for a little while.

The bench is the only place for me here, so I'm just sitting here, admiring the stars and the moon. In the end, I went out for nothing. I was hoping he'd be here.. We could talk, and I could get to know about whether he's sick or not. Plus, I finally would have someone with me. Though, I honestly thought of hiding from him.

"What are you doing here?" I turn to the voice, and find Tsukishima behind me. "Shouldn't a sick lady like you be in bed?"
