I wake up to the tap tap tap on my window and look out to see its our family owl, Duncan, a black owl.
I open the window, and grab the letter, before reading it, I decide to give Duncan a few little treats.
I look at my clock and it reads '5:45'. I would usually be up in 15 minutes at home, and would go on a morning fly but today I didn't feel like it. I sit back down onto my bed and open the envelope, sealed with our family's signature 'A' in a deep green colour. Inside reads a letter saying:
Dear my darling Kella,
I heard the wonderful news that you have successfully been sorted into Slytherin and just wanted to say congratulation!. How was your first day, have you met any new friends. All children of the sacred 17 are attending Hogwarts now so please make an effort to be friendly towards them.
Please inform me all exciting news as I would love to hear it all! Do you know anything about quidditch yet, when the trials are held? We would thoroughly enjoy watching you play just as I used to and would come to every game.
Not much news at home except for we have been invited to the annual sacred 17 winter ball and everyone must attend, that's including you Kella. We have also been invited to a day out with the Malfoy family by Narcissa which would be lovely if you could also attend..
Hope you're having a great time but not too much fun as we'd still like you to maintain good grades.

I read it through and chuckle. Lets not tell her about my 2 fights yesterday!
I move over to my desk and begin writing:
Dear Mother,
Thank you so much for writing and I am very joyous about my sorting. I've met some lovely new friends and their names are Daphne Green-Grass, Blaise Zabini, Pansy Parkinson and Draco Malfoy. Hopefully I can create some more bonds after classes today.
I believe the quidditch try outs are tomorrow so ill keep you updated. I would love it if you could come! I will definitely attend both events as I have lots of friends I can talk to now. Got to get ready for class now, and go and eat breakfast with everyone.
I will try very hard to please you, its my first priority always.

'Come here Duncan, please send this to mother and father. Hope to see you soon.' And before I got to even say goodbye he had left, the letter with him.
I forgot to wash off my makeup last night so decided I would have a shower this morning, I love cold morning showers! I go into my large bathroom and begin to run the shower, I take off my clothes and admire myself in the mirror. Over this summer all my curves have defined and my stomach was flat and now had abs from all my hard work. I get in the shower and let my hair drench, grab my shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair as the cool liquid runs down my tender skin. I stay in the shower for a good 10 minutes before getting out, drying my hair and putting on my underwear and bra. I walk over to my wardrobe a little exposed but I didn't mind, here I had my own space and no one can just barge in.
I grab my white blouse, green tie, slytherin robes, grey skirt and my all black chunky trainers. I go over to my dresser and pick my green emerald necklace, matching earrings and my rings. By now I had all my stuff ready but just had to get changed, it took me a few minutes to get fully changed and put on my jewellery but when I was done I looked stunning, and I haven't even done my hair or makeup yet!
