After V finished her dinner, she left to the Ravenclaw chambers, putting on her pjs and climbed into bed. She read until everyone was in their beds and pretended to fall asleep. At 12:07, she grabbed her wand and got out of bed.

She left her chambers barefoot in her blue pj shorts, grey tank top and long silky dark blue robe.

"Lumos" She whispered. The end of her wand lit a small light enough to show her the castle and quietly made her way.

Successfully enough, she made it to the library with no trouble. She made her way to the history section, grabbed a book or two, sat down on the floor leaning against the bookshelf and started reading. V always found it calming to read in the library at night with no one around to bother her.

After only an hour of reading, she heard a book fall on the floor and a voice silently cursing. V got up from her seated spot and walked toward the voice with her lit wand.

V moved down aisles and turned to the one that held all of the Dark Arts books. She shown the light down the aisle and noticed a spread of books on the floor with none other than Draco Malfoy sitting beside them.

With the light in his eyes he said "Put that bloody thing down, you're blinding me".

V shown the light away from him but enough to still see him. She raised an eyebrow.

"What are you doing here?" he asked.

"I could ask you the same thing" she quickly replied.

He scoffed. "Why do you care anyway?"

"Because my secret spot has been ruined and I need an answer why" she said, not looking away from him, waiting for a reply. He rolled his eyes and sighed.

"There's not much Dark Arts in the day, I know there's more there not telling us" he said. She nodded at his response.

"What are you doing here?" he asked again.

"I don't get much time to myself" she said.

"Yea I can understand that" he said.

"Oh can you?" she asked. How would Draco Malfoy understand her?

"Yes, there's people everywhere in this school, you never even seem to get a minute to breath" he said going back to his books.

"Hmm" she said. She smiled a little. She never knew that someone would think the same as her.

"What?" he asked looking up.

"I thought I was alone on that theory" she said, giving him a small smile.

He smirked and was about to say something until the doors busted open with Professor McGonagall and Filch coming their way.

"Draco, Vanessa" she said sharply addressing them. Draco stood up from his spot.

"I suggest you return to your chambers, fifty points will be taken from your houses and I shall see you both at tomorrow's detention" she said.

Draco and V returned their books and left the library. They both went their separate ways as Filch left with Draco and McGonagall with V, making sure they didn't run off.

Before they both turned a corner, they both glanced at each other, knowing they'd see each other again at tomorrow's detention.
