#46 Chocolate

Chapter 46: Chocolate.

AMBER

10 days later.

I sat on my living room couch watching TV and Khael on my kitchen eating whatever he can find in there.

Thank goodness meron pa akong grocery.

Nakalabas na ako nang hospital 5 after 5 days of resting nung pag-gising ko. Now I have a scar on my abdomen but it's not that noticable.

"Special A?" Narinig kong sabi ni Khael from the kitchen?

"Hm?"

"Pwede ko ba kainin ang Graham Crackers mo?" Tanong nito while peeking his head to the kitchen door frame. At nag pa cute pa.

"Sur—"

"Baka naman maubos mo ang mga pagkain ni Amber, Alonzo." Narinig kong sabi from the front door.

That voice.

I quickly swayed my head around from the kitchen door to the front door and saw Gray putting his bag down.

"G-Gray?"

Teka lang, bakit ba ako nauutal?

He gave me a sweet smile bago  pinunta niya si Khael and took the pack of Graham Crackers from Khael and placed it on the top of my fridge. Which is pretty pointless as Khael and Gray are just the same height at kaya rin yung abutin ni Khael. I honestly don't mind kung ubusin ni Khael lahat ng pagkain ko.

Wait, bakit nga ba si Khael nandito?

Ay, Oo nga pala!

Since friday ngayon at walang klase si Khael kaya nandito siya at bantayan ako.

Minsan si Zywon— pero may klase pa rin ito— kay mostly ay ang Devil Ryu ang nagbabantay sa akin. Minsan si Cooler pero masyadong busy with Mafia stuff. Pwede rin si Gray pero like Zywon, may klase rin ito. Si Jeremy rin, sometimes ito ang nagbabantay. Si Math ay makaka-visit naman pero mukha itong busy most of the time.

Dapat kasi ay mga bodyguard ng Vander Mafia ang nagbabantay sa akin. But one time I left my phone downstairs but the guard didn't allow me to go downstairs to fetch it because I have to be asleep so I have enough rest. Ayaw rin kasi niya na siya ang kukuha dahil ayaw niya daw ako iiwan na mag-isa.

So ayun, I drugged him to sleep.

I quickly took my phone and dragged his unconscious body downstairs to make it look like he "fell asleep".


And my plan was working well pero they found the substance I put sa katawan nito.


"Akin na nga yan!" Sabi ni Khael pero kinuha ulit ni Gray.  "No."


"Ugh! You second rate detective!" KHael cussed him causing Gray to raise his eyebrow. "Excuse me?"


"You're excused. NOW AKIN NAA!!" Sabi  ni Khael. "Hindi nga! Baka maubos mo ang pagkain ni Ambe-"


"Ibigay mo na lang, marami pa akong pagakain." Sabi ko sa kanya. Nakakairita kasi sila parang bata.


"Eh, bakit ako, hindi ako pwede kumain ng chocolate mo?" Tanong niya sa akin.

Napakamot ako sa ulo ko. Baka mabatukan ko pa to. Akala ko naman matalino.

"Tinatanong mo pa yun?" Naiirita kong tanong.


"Eh, Bakit hindi pa pwede?" Pakikipagtalo niya sa akin.


"Hindi naman sa hindi pwede, common sense nayun!"


"Anong common sense ba?"


"Akala ko ba matalino ka?"


"Bakit? nakakabobo ba ang choclate?"


"Hindi-"


"Eh, bakit hindi?"


"Why are you making such a big fuss out of chocolate?"


"Why won't you just tell me why?"


"Ganon mo ba talaga gusto yun kainin?"


"Oo!" Sagot nito.


"May plano ka ba mamatay from allergic reaction?" Tanong ko sa kanya.


"Ano ba ang pinagsasabi mo-"


"The chocolate have peanuts, genius!"


"Eh, ano naman ngayo- Oh."


Parang nabuhusan ito ng malamig na tubig.


"Bakit ka ba nagagalit?"


"Eh-" Sasagot na sana ito nang putulin ni Khael.


"Nagseselos ka no- Aray!" He asked Gray in a teasing manner pero naputol dahil binatuakan ni Gray.


"Ha?" Tanong ko sa kanila.


"Wag na nga!" Naiiritang sagot ni khael at mukhang iritado na si Gray.


"Edi don't." Sagot ko at pinukos attensyon ko sa TV. Hindi na ako magtatanong, wala rin kasi silang klaro kung sasagot.


"Dense." I heard Gray muttered kaya bumaling naman ako sa kanya.


"Ano?"


"Wala!" Naiiritang sagoit nito at binigay ang crackers pabalik kay Khael bago pumunta sa kusina.


Weird.
