Chapter 12

Blake's P.O.V

I'm obviously gonna have to tell Kelsie about this, you and me both know telling her over text the phone is a decision.

So I'll tell her tomorrow, I just can't believe I'm not gonna be here to see my baby girl come into the world.

I really don't wanna leave, and it sucks because my entire life is here.

And now I have to go and leave everything behind.

This is what I've been thinking about all night, I literally cannot sleep and its 2 in the morning.

I'm gonna miss everything, my room, the football team, Mike, school kind of, let's just say I'm gonna miss certain aspects of school, but most importantly my girlfriend.

I'm gonna miss my girlfriend.

Kelsie's P.O.V

My mom and I just came home from a doctor's appointment to check up on the baby.

"I'm gonna go get ready for work hun"

"Okay"

I went up to my room and was about to go to the bathroom when I got a text,

Blake
Are you expecting me cause I'm coming😉😘

I just smiled and went off to the bathroom.

15 minutes later

"Honey I'm home!", I giggled when I heard his voice coming up the stairs.

"Hey you", I said as he opened my door.

He came full speed towards my bed but he didn't jump on me, he leaped over and landed on my bed.

"Really?"

"What"

"Suppose you fell on me"

"I play football leaping is like my talent, your safe", he kissed my lips.

"Mhm"

He sighed "look babe, I have to tell you something"

"What is it", he look me in the eyes and sat up.

I followed his movements and sat up too, "Blake what is it? your scaring me"

"There's no reason to be scared", he held my hands.

"Then what is it?"

"Okay, here it goes", he sighed again.
"I'm leaving"

"And go where?"

"To Canada"

"Are you visiting or...."

"No, I'm leaving, like forever", I was shocked. It really caught me by surprise.

"But- but why?"

"My dad's old friend offered him a job and he accepted it"

"Oh", tears started to swell in my eyes and I couldn't hold them back.

"No, babe don't cry, please"

"Then what do you expect me to do, be happy that your leaving and might never come back!", I yelled at him.

"You think this is what I want, I don't know if you've notice but I really don't have a choice!", I think this is turning into our first official fight.

"You always have choice Blake, always!"

"And here I thought you would have been understanding about this", he got off the bed.

"I do understand", I did the same.

"No, you don't", he was about to leave.

"Blake", he stopped and I started to cry.

He turned around and hugged me.

"I'm sorry", I whispered.

"It's okay", he let go of me and put my face in his hands.

"Your gonna be okay without me, your gonna find a great guy to raise the baby-", I stepped back.

"Are you breaking up with me right now", I looked up at him.

"Babe you know long distance relationships never work"

"You didn't even think about it, do really think I'm gonna get over you and find another guy"

"Your gonna have to"

"Don't you believe that we're strong enough for this?"

"Of course I do"

"Get out"

"What?"

"I said get out", I repeated a little louder.

He was shocked, he stood there for awhile but eventually walked out.

When I heard the front door lock went to my bed and started crying.

And suddenly I fell asleep.

I woke up in the night and checked my time, it was 10:24 pm.

I went to the bathroom and saw my eyes puffy from crying, I washed my face and I changed in to a long sweater and sweat pants.

I went back into my bed but I couldn't fall asleep.

I kept think about me and Blake's first ever fight, all things we said just kept replaying in my head over and over.

I couldn't fall asleep knowing that we ended things off on bad terms and that I kicked him out of my house.

So I got out of bed and shrugged on a jacket, I peeped in my mom's room to make sure that she was asleep, so I went downstairs grabbed her keys and left.

I arrived at Blake's house, I knew it wasn't safe for me to climbed up to his window, so I had no choice but to ring the door bell.

Luckily a few minutes later Blake answered the door.

"Kelsie?"
"What the hell are you doing here"

"I came to talk"

"Do you know how dangerous it is for you at this time of the night" he opened the door wider for me and I went inside.

He led me up to his room and we sat on his bed.

"Why didn't you wait till morning?"

"Because I couldn't sleep thinking how badly I treated you"
"Blake I am so sorry"

"Hey it's okay, you were upset"

"No, it's not okay", I hugged him and he hugged me back.
"I love you so much"

"I love you too, kels"
