Chapter 15 - You Better Do

Reece P.O.V

I walked back into the kitchen to come face to face with Emily and James.

"Everything okay?"

"No, James just tried it on with me because Lucy's gone home for a few days. He says I'm a slut for sleeping in the same bed as you, Chris and Jake."

"James, get out."

James soon left the room as I pulled Emily in for yet again, another hug. This girl is going through way too much.

I pulled away to find tears running down Emily's cheeks. I started to tear up from seeing her so sad.

"Stop crying babe. You're making me cry. I hate seeing you upset."

"You shouldn't be upset Reece."

"I am though. Your not a slut. End of."

Her smile soon began to rise again as she saw what I had brought down with me.

"What's this?"

I handed her the small,flat rectangular box and she began to undo the bright pink ribbon wrapped around it.

"A real birthday present. I know it's not much but it's better than the song."

She removed the lid of the box and placed it next to her. Emily's face soon lit up as she saw what was in the box.

"Oh my god Reece, this is so cute. thankyou."

She took out a picture frame with a picture of us in it and had a small paragraph on the side, it read:

'Happy 16th Birthday babe! You deserve it! I'm sorry about what happened at your party and after. Anyway, hope you have an amazing day and got everything you wanted and more. Love you lots Emily, Love from Reece xxx'

"Awh Reece, it's lovely thank you"

She gave me a kiss on the cheek before hugging me again. I used my favourite picture of us to put in the frame. We were laid in a field on our stomachs and we had our hands under our chins whilst staring away from the camera. It's a really cute picture and that's why it's my favourite.

"I love this picture. This was before I moved here and met the boys. You were home in Accrington for a few days so I visited. That week was amazing."

"I know. I hate to say it but if you hadn't met the boys, none of this bad stuff would've happened. Maybe I should've have brought you to meet them."

"Reece, babe. Don't think like that. I love you and the boys, even Chris, a lot. I don't know what I'd do without you. I'm very grateful you brought me to meet them."

"Good because we love you too."

We went back into the living room to carry on watching tv with the boys. I remembered about the tickets that Chris had bought me. Are we suppose to be going together? Won't it be awkward? I decided to text Reece to see what he thought.

'Reece?'

'Yar?'

'What should I do about the One Direction Tickets that Chris bought me?'

'Weren't you two suppose to be going together to that? I don't think Chris thought that you two would've broken up.'

'Yeah, I think we were suppose to be going together, if we don't, will you come with me?'

'Course I will, anything for my best friend. Plus I get to meet the biggest boyband on the planet so who's going to turn down that?'

I gave him a stern look across the room and he chuckled to himself before typing agin.

'But I'll come mainly because I love you, maybe.'

I looked at my phone and chuckled. Reece must have seen me because he soon texted again.

'Joking, joking. Love you xx."

"You better do."
