Chapter 4 - Don't Even Think About It Leonard.

"How about we go on that date tonight."
I turned my head to face Chris and i couldn't of been much happier. He had that cute smile on his face and my heart instantly melted.
"Of course. Where should we go?"
"Well, why don't we go and see 'The fault in our stars' and then go to Mcdonalds?"
"That sounds great."
"Brilliant"
He started leaning in. I started to lean in too when Reece interupted us.
"Guys, this is Mega-"
"EMMIIIILLLLYYYYYY?!?!?"
"MEGGAAANNNN, BIITTTCCCHHHHH?!?"
"Wait, you two know each other?"
"Yeah, we went to school together. We left in year 11 and haven't seen each other since. We used to be best friends."
"So, how are you?"
"I'm good thankyou. You?"
"I'm great. Thanks. We've got so much catching up to do."
"I know right."
We hurried out of the room and into the kitchen to get a drink. Megan sat on the island in the middle of the kitchen while i got us both a drink.
"So, whats going on with you and Reece then?"
"Uh, don't tell anyone but, were dating."
"Really? I thought you wasn't going to date anyone for ages after what happened with Jacob."
"Shhh.. Don't shout about it will you? I haven't told anyone about Jacob except you and Caitlin."
"Megan, it's been two years. It's good that you've moved on. I never really liked Jacob anyway."
"Well, it doesen't matter now. It's over. Unfortunately, nothing can be changed."
"What about you then? Who's that cutie outside?"
"Thats Chris, he asked me out on a date the other night so were going out together tonight."
"Awh thats cute, what are you doing?"
"We're going to see 'The fault in our stars' then going to Mcdonalds."
"Well thats good then. You'll need to be going to Mcdonalds with the amount you eat."
"Hey! Thats offendsive! Your lucky i love you Megan."
"Haha, i know right."
"So, are you still living in Doncaster?"
"Yeah, i'm visiting my sister just until sunday. I'v got work on monday. I'm working in that nandos that they put up next to the vue at the dome. It's amazing."
"Yeah. I bet they have hardly had any food in there since you started working there."
"Actually, i nearly got fired twice for doing that. So, im actually lucky i still have my job. Oh my gosh, look at the time. I'v got to get going Emily. It's so great to see you again. Can i have your number? So we dont loose each other again. You'll have to come back to Donny soon. Caitlin would be so happy to see you."
"I'd love too. We'll have to arrange it. Here's my number. Text me when you can."
"Alright. I'll see you later."
"Bye"
She kissed Reece goodbye before she left. That definately hurt. Wait- am i jealous? I'm going on a date with Chris, for god sake! I can't like Reece. He's my best friend! Thats two reasons I can't like him.

About half an hour later Megan texted me.
'Hey! Its Megan! I just got off the phone with Caitlin and she said she'd love to see you again! We have a spare room in our apartment that you can stay in if you like? Just while you visit. It could be like one massive sleepover!'

'That would be amazing! How does next weekend sound? After you get back home?'

'Yeah, that would be great'

'Brilliant. I'll tell Chris that i'm coming up for a week and I'll go shopping for some stuff. What's the weather like at the moment?'

'Well, its pretty cold so id get some warm stuff. We'll be going out into frenchgate and stuff like that so i'd wrap up warm'

'Okay. I'll see you in about a week then.'

'Yay! Cant wait.'

"Chris, will you come out shopping with me please?"

"Of course, what are we going out for?"

"Clothes. Don't tell any of the other boys but next weekend im going back to my hometown for a week to see my old friends and stuff so i need some new clothes."

"Okay. I wont tell. Just dont go and find any of your ex boyfriends or anyone and fall for them."

"I wont, I promise. I like you. All my ex's are jerk's anyway."

"Well thats good them."
Chris wraped his arms around my waist and just stood smiling at me. He's so cute.

"I love your smile Chris. It's so cute."

"Like you then."

"Awh. Your too cute."

"So's your ars-" I could feel his hand going down near my backside. I was heading towards the door and Chris was behind me

"Don't even think about it Leonard"
