Chapter 2 - Cut The Bullsh*t

No body knows about mine and Jake's break up. Reece probably heard me stomp up stairs and slam the door.
"What happened babe?"
We always call each other babe coz were so close.
"Jake and I broke up"
Then i just broke down into sobs. Reece put his arms around me to try and comfort me while i ate my toast and cried. He soon got up to place the cd into the player.
"What song do you want on? Thinking out loud?"
" You always know how to cheer me up. Thankyou"
'Thinking out loud' blasts through my speakers as Reece came back over to cuddle up on my bed with me.
"Okay then. What happened with Jake?"
-flashback-
I was sat on the sofa watching spongebob when Lucy, Izzy, James and Tom came into the room with serious looks on their faces. This never normally happens.
"Emily, im really sorry to say this but when we were walking back from going out for lunch, we saw Jake, with a girl, going into a fancy resteraunt. We don't know if their just friends or what but we're really sorry."
"Oh right. Well, thankyou guys, only real friends would actually have the guts to tell me."
"Your welcome."
As soon as they walked out of the room, Jake walked in the front door. They all gave him daggers as they strolled past him.
"Who is she?"
"I have no idea what your talking abo-"
"Jake, cut the bullshit and tell me the truth. Are you cheating on me?"
"Fine, yes. But it was only one time an it meant apsolutely noth-"
"One time? ONE TIME?!? thats what they always say Jake. They all say that it meant nothing as well but it obviously did other wise you wouldn't of done it."
"Emily please, it meant not-"
"Jake, just leave it. To think i actually liked you."
"Emily babe, plea-"
"Save it Jake"

"And thats when I came up here"
"I swear, im gonna kill hi-"
"Recce babe, please. It's fine Anyway, the other boys obviously know about it because Chris just texted me and asked me out"
"Ah finally, hes liked you for a while now but obviously couldnt tell you because you were with Jake. What are you gonna say to him?"
"I think i'm gonna say yes. He's really cute and i love his irish accent.
"Well, as long as your happy, I'm happy"
"Thankyou Reece. Your the bestest best friend a girl could ask for."
"Awh. Thats cute."
