"Again? Are you kidding me?"
-Lisa exclaimed slapping her forehead in total disbelief as she gazed down at the black box wrapped up with a red silk ribbon.
"Who is doing this?"
"Nan molla (I don't know)."
-I replied, gently holding the box and inspecting it. As always, finding no label with the name or address of the sender.
"Give it to me!"
-She snatched the box away from me, unwrapping it furiously. Within seconds she scoffed in frustration seeing the content.
"Another lavender candle. Why am I not surprised!"
-She held it up, unimpressed.
"What a terrible thing to gift though."

"Aniyo(No). I love lavenders."
-I defended as I gently grabbed the candle back from her and inhaled its sweet soothing scent with delight.
"What's this?"
-She said picking up the small paper note laying inside the box and reading it out loud.
" BORAHAE ? What in the world does that mean?"
"I purple you, I guess."
-I replied.
"And what does that mean again?"
-She squinted her eyes, puzzled.
"I don't know."
-I simply shrugged, focusing back on the candle, sniffing its sweet scent.
