Imagine: Erwin being told that his wife, you, are pregnant while he's being withheld in a cell.
You: "Erwin," you whispered. You grabbed the bars of the cell your husband was locked in. As heartbreaking as this situation was, you had to tell him before it was too late. "I'm pregnant," you say.
Erwin couldn't believe what he had just heard. There was now a smile on his face and hope in his eyes, until he realized that he might be executed on this same day.
