BETWEEN ME AND YOU

The One (part 1)

"JOHN!"

The name's owner looks around. Bewildered. He turns around and sees his bestfriend come at him, looking furious.

"What the fuck is the meaning of this?" he asks John who only smiled at him smugly, crossing his arms after seeing the content of the photo shown to him by Kongpob.

"What do you think is it?" he asks back, obviously shit-eating the situation and enjoying it.

Seeing how satisfied his supposed best friend was at the current situation rather than feeling guilty. Kongpob turns even more furious. He grabs John by his collar and punches him. No longer caring whether they were in their workplace or whatever label they had. He needed to let go of his frustrations. Fuck professionalism.

"Kong!" calls out a person who had just entered the scene. He immediately tries to separate the two. Kong lets go of the man he was beating up. Satisfied with the big bruise on John's pretty face.

"Kong! What the hell!?" Stud exclaims. Now, it was time for Kong to be a sassy bitch. He crosses his arms on his chest and raises an eyebrow.

"Why would you do that? Kong?" Stud asks as he tries to make John seat back on his chair.

"Ohh, I'm sorry. I don't seem to know who you are."

"God Kong! Seriously?!"

"Yesss seriously! Who are you again?" he asks, not sounding sarcastic in any way.

"Stud for fucks sake! Your boyfriend!"

"Oh wow! My boyfriend! My my, I didn't know that boyfriends are allowed to make out with his boyfriend's best friend. Inside the fax machine room. Right behind MY office." Not caring anymore with the amount of attention he was drawing, Kong says, matter of fact, even showing the photo in his phone. He could swear he saw all of Stud's blood run down his body with how pale he looked.

"Kong, I can explain-" Stud tries to call out, but the other brushes him off.

"You don't need to explain anymore Stud." Kong says, smiling sweetly. The total opposite of what he looked like just a while ago. 

Though he was confused, Stud smiles back and gets up properly.

Kong opens his arms and invites the other for a hug, which the other accepts willingly. But before Stud could even feel the other's body against him. Kongpob whispers against his ear.

"We're over." Kong says. 

Taken aback, Stud looks at him confusedly and the next thing he knew, Kong has already kneed his past lover's future. Making Stud groan in pain and hold his poor dick.

They can hear their other co-workers who were in it for the tea and drama, gasp and oof at the action.

Seeing the pained look on his dear ex's face. Kongpob then leaves the scene and enters his office to take his bag and box of belongings. Making sure to leave his resignation letter along with a sign that says 'I quit.' Seeing his other friend and co-worker, Wad, whom also quitted his job in the same office, wait for him in front of the office doors holdibg his own box of belongings. They leave their office despite hearing their department manager's dramatic yelling. An enlightening day for both of them.

Or maybe only for Wad.

LATER THAT DAY

"Aiiiim" Kong cries his heart out. His friends looking at him with much concern. Patting and soothing their friend, just to make him calm down. Even by a little.
