The alarm, kept ringing. Ben tried to ignore it, wanting to sleep some more. He hit snooze on the alarm trying to fall back asleep, but alas it rang again. Ben hit the stop button and sat up.

Ship licked his owners cheek, to keep him from falling back asleep. Ben gave a small chuckle. He patted Ship head telling him he's awake.

Ben heads to his chair, to begin his school work. Ship grabs his chew toy and crawls into Ben's lap. As Ben does his school work as Ship plays with his chew toy on his lap.

Ben checks his phone and sees a bunch of missed text messages from the group chat he's in with his three new friends at school.

Jackson: Dude!!! Ben answer your phone!

Mya: Ben my dude answer usssss!

Penny: Ben? You awake? Are you there?

Mya: my dude check your phone!!

Ben: is everything good?

Jackson: took you long enough. What the hell happened between you and Nick?

Ben: whose nick?

Mya: nick? The guy who bullies us? Ring any bells

Ben: that's his name? I never bothered to learn it

Penny: why is nick complaining about you beating him up?

Jackson: it's kinda funny

Mya: how is it funny? If he tells a teacher Ben could get in trouble

Ben: hey! He was about to punch me square in the face, I twisted his arm in self defense!

Jackson: Bwahahaha he totally deserves it. Nice job Ben

Mya: Jackson stop! Ben, was that really a good idea, his father is a lawyer.

Ben: it will be fine. If anything bad happens, a friend of mine will help me figure things out

Penny: if you say so. I believe in you Ben!

Jackson: awww hear the Ben, Penny believes in you!

Mya: aww how sweet!

Penny: ITS NOT LIKE THAT!!

Ben: leave her alone guys. I mean seriously guys, who wouldn't want me

Mya: me

Jackson: me

Ben: well damn. That kinda hurt me tho

Mya: you'll get over it

Ben: ;-;

Ben turns off his phone and finishes up his school. After a few minutes, Ben's stomach started to make some grumbling noises along with Ship.
