Scout's tale

Council Part 4

The council is one of the largest walking authority that follows those who break several laws that were put down to protect those who stumble a upon the supernatural world and asked to allow things to continue on as normal knowing whose truly in the know and how things can quickly change including those who want things to change because they know too much are often asked to join in ways of being able to make a mark on their own lives and others around by protecting those same secrets that make possible for people to go about their lives though knowing they can't shut down immortals like Scout, Ares, and Max since they were born during the first ruling circle of the council and know about the underbelly of it's true working with their so called enemies to bring down more who break their joint rulings over whose able to move more freely than others throughout their own communities have more actions than secondary citizens who know better and have found different ways to invoke the councils hands in certain pockets of those who are said to be under their own protection because of what they truly know about them and why they must remain protected at all costs because their own personal knowledge has lead to new rules and laws being passed in order to ensure everyone follows the rules and laws set to make them all equals in their own rights and ways of their own kind as well to improve on social classes amongst all sides involved in the councils and those trying to get seats on the council for not being apart of the supernatural community though it's open to everyone whose seeking out justice and true answers to their own questions that have been cropping up lately in several different attacks on certain people in power being taken hostage and held for ransom by those who seek true changes and equal status amongst the council and those in true powers who seek more power by destroying others in their current places by lies and dishonest ways of the polices and others under the same rule of thumb and controlling force behind them that seeking to gain more power by exposing those in power for who they really are and what they're really hiding  behind close doors and whose truly giving in them because they house those same dark secrets that none want expose on any surface at all for it would ruin their careers before they had a chance to get started.  Though only a select few can walk and talk about things all that involve the council on a daily basis is because they know what really at stake and things haven't changed since their own beginnings that is which were slowly and  uneasily done in certain circles that make impossible for many to move a head of others in the similar lines of gaining access to the council and those who are behind the power and other secrets that come with it on a very high price that is yet to be paid out in full that is.  Of course the full cost is highly remarkable in one strong sense of the word and world around it making it more important to be seen as someone in highest circles of time itself and moving on with your own life while keeping a bigger secret from others around you as part of a hidden deal makes it impossible to break those same kind of rules in the first place though others would know how it's done.  The hidden records that were develop during these times have had their increased numbers of keepers of those same secrets and knowledge that must be protected at all times and avoiding those same kinds of true troubles that are bond to cause serious trouble if  any of it were very to get out into public eyes or hearing that would bring them down quickly enough that their return to power would take several different amounts of true time and serious changes would have to be place in order to get all done in one full circle of it all that is.
