The Formula that Scout had come up with in her early years has continued to make it easier for others like herself to deal with such strong pulls of their own personal hungry that eats at their very souls in terms of trying to find away to not harm humans as they search for food in said society knowing that draining humans is against said laws set up by the councils of said species to protect the human populace and others who have the strong thirsty for blood this formula isn't  patented  so it's original mixtures and how much to use in make it is all stored in her head straight down to the exact measurements of what to use in the formula and what make it not taste so bitterly with after taste of uncertain blood smell on said vampire or hybrids that take it. And have been known to have taken it in spite of draining humans for their blood and feed that  strong hungry that none of them can escape despite trying to remake it with their own kind of formulas that taste like real blood only to end up with several vampires and hybrids totally sick due to taking this other stuff and knowing that only cure is the formula that has made it possible for all to resided in places where they are often feared and scare off due to their pale like looks and having no real color to their checks this formula does that on a daily bases with normal usage and in taking of said formula during the full drinking habits of vampires and their hybrid children in order to keep their own hungry at bay as long as they can fight it  til something else comes along in better ways to put an end to that unsavory hungry that hits all vampires and other in similar situations as Scout and Ares are in knowing she has saved her kind of draining family members and close family friends who are willing to be donors in order to prevent that from happening though none of them want to be turned into one of the undead for the rest of their lives so the formula is their only chance and hope of getting through their hungry.  Though others feel like certain things will change in ways that maybe able to keep it that way through other means that have yet to found in similar ways as the formula was made up by one child to keep her own hungry at bay while it does in fact help others in the same sense it does have it's draw back the hungry pain is subsided for longer periods of time but if often comes back after  several hours of not drinking the formula for months on end others want something that is like human blood but knowing that it could harm others in one way of course.
