Thought I could treat you with another...
You were sat on a bar stool, in a bar. In the middle of nowhere. Next to nothing. You honestly couldn't care less. To be honest your boyfriend was probably doing the same thing somewhere with that whore. You could kill him but, you didn't. Couldn't tell you why though.
Stirring your straw in your vodka, you exhaled heavily and time going slowly. You felt a presence loom over you like a bad smell. Of course you really couldn't be asked to interact with anyone today. Only then did you notice the noice of flocking teenage fan girls, you looked to your left to see a poster saying 'Duran Duran tonight at 10:30!'
You huffed and looked at your watch it said exactly ten thirty. You downed your drink in one go with a gag and attempted to run through the crowd. But something stopped you. A very muscular something.
You didn't fall down, but stumbled backwards onto your high heels. You caught hold of the side of the bar and held on for dear life as you lifted yourself back up. Once you found your balance you let out a shaky exhale before you shouted your heart out.
"Watch where you're going!" You started walking out. "Fucking asshole." You mumbled. You stomped out of the bar.
How you wish that you knew who that was. Probably your old boyfriend. Even he said that you were like a 'furious, angry drunk' but he really can't say anything. He was a animalistic, violent drunk. You used to absolutely dread when he came home from the pub with his mates. He even beat you constantly. Tears in your eyes formed as you had flashbacks.
You ran to your car. You honestly couldn't care less if you got into a crash and had fatal injuries. You opened the car door with a frustrated grunt and collapsed into the driver's seat. You huffed once more as you flopped your head on the steering wheel, releasing a loud beep to explore the misty, midnight air.
As you shut your eyes to try and relax, you dried your eyes before hearing a loud knock against the glass window. You jolted up as you saw a tall, bouncy-haired man absolutely drenched with rain. You gave a confused and flabbergasted look with multiple blinks before he knocked again.
You didn't know what to do. Do you let him in? Do you see what he wants? Is he the person that you stumbled into and caused all these emotions in the last five minutes? Now you think of it, he does look like the bloke that you only caught a glimpse of. Even though, he might not even be the same person, you needed someone to release all of these feelings onto.
You stepped out of your car and slammed the door shut, making him stumble back. Exactly like you did. You pushed him up against the wall, so you held him by the collar of his shirt.
"Right. Look here, buddy. I really don't know what your game is here, but I can't be dealing with it. First you bump into me, then, you follow me out of the bar and bump into me again. But, oh, but, the thing that is just the icing on the cake for me is you come along and start banging on my car window!" You laughed breathlessly.
"But I didn't really bang on your wind-"
"Shut up!" You snapped and spat at him. You held him so hard against the wall that your knuckles began to turn white with the adrenaline gushing through your veins.
After a few seconds of just staring into his worried eyes with yours filled with fury, you decided to slowly let go of him and give him a chance to explain himself. He exhaled quietly as he sorted himself out.
"I'm sorry, ok? Obviously stuff isn't going your way. Maybe I can buy you a drink, huh? Maybe without nearly kicking the crap out of each other." He looked you in the eyes. You raised your eyebrows and crossed your arms.
"Why should I trust you, huh? How do I know that you could just drug me and carry me into the boot of your car?" You took two steps, standing closer to him. You looked back into his eyes then his lips. He ran his index finger along your jaw.
"I'll tell you why you can trust me..."
Was the last thing he said before quickly grabbing your hips and lifted you up onto his broad shoulders. You squealed and threw yourself about.
"What do you think you're doing? I don't even know your name!" You punched and kicked all over his body. He continued to walk down the street like everything is normal.
"The name's Simon."
"Oh alright? I'm y/n." You said plainly.
"Well, I guess we know each other now. So, this isn't bad, is it?" He said as you wished he would just put you down for two seconds.
"No, but please could you just put me down please, Simon?" You tried to ask sweetly.
"Your wish is my command, y/n." He grunted as he placed you in the doorway to the bar. You blinked a few times before you noticed how nice his eyes look in bright light. But you decided not to focus on that, but to have a nice, friendly chat. You cleared your throat before dusting off your clothes and walking into the bar. This may be a pretty long night.
