The plane ride which consisted of fourteen hours finally came to an end. Three black tainted window's Rolls Royce’s were walking for us as we got of. I looked at Alfonso silently asking if this was necessary.
“Security.” Was all he said before leading me to the one in the middle.
I spent the rest of the ride reading Bared to You once in a while looking outside the window to gaze at the beautiful places we passed.
“We’re here.” Alfonso said causing me to look up from my book.
Getting out the car I stared up at the house in front of me. At this point the question in my head was now, How rich are they?
Enzo lead the way into the house as he was walking at an alarming speed.
“I’ll take you to your room.” Alfonso told me as we walked into the living room. “You’ll meet our brothers later today as I assume they are still asleep.”
Alfonso lead me up two flight of stairs before we reached a hallway where my room would be allocated.
“Wow—” I let out looking at my room.
“I understand it’s a bit plain so a decorator will be here at the end of the week to help you redecorate.” He told me. When he noticed I was still looking around the room he frowned. “Are you okay?”
I nodded still looking around. “Y-Yeah.” I sighed. “It’s just that I’ve never had a bedroom this huge.”
Alfonso smiled shaking his head
“I’m serious. It’s like the size of both my mothers and my room combined.” I exaggerated smiling.
“Get some rest. When you wake up your bags will be in here and you can start unpacking.” He said walking out.
I sighed. “I guess this is my fresh start.” I whisper removing my shoes.
I opened the plain white sheet and slip in. It was cold, a very refreshing coldness.
Opening my eyes slowly I noticed I wasn’t in my room. My room was bright purple but instead I was in a plain white room.
Sitting up I remember that I was no longer at Home, no longer in my old room but in my new one.
I saw my two suitcases and duffle bags against a door.
Bathroom. I guessed.
Getting out if bed I pulled one of the duffle bags that I knew had picture frames. If this was going to be my new room for good. It had to at least look like mine. Thee first picture I came in contact with was of me and my mum. We looked so happy in that picture. Placing picture around the room making the dull white walls look a little less dull I grabbed the last picture which was of me and Lina wearing our cheerleader uniforms. I placed it on my bedside table where one if me and my mother sat.
Looking around the room I noticed it didn’t have closets. I walked over to the door my suitcases where leaning against. My eyes widened my inner diva jumped up and down. A walk in closet. I have always wanted one, I always thought that it was pretty cool.
Dragging in my suitcases one by one I started looking where everything would go. I like things colour coordinated it helped most of the time. When I was done with everything I notice that there was a door a few feet after a dressing table opening it I saw it was a bathroom.
Deciding I wanted to take a shower I grabbed my toiletries. It felt refreshing having the hot water rain down on you I loved it. Walking back into my room I noticed a guy standing by my beside holding one of my picture frames in his hand.
“Hi?” I made myself known.
Still holding the picture he turned and looked at me
“Hi.” He looked back at the picture as I walked forward taking it from him. It’s just, I’m not a private person but I don’t like people invading my privacy at the same time.
“Who’s that?” He asked pointing at picture. It was the one Lina and I were wearing cheer uniforms
“My best friend Lina.”
“She beautiful.”
“She is. She’s also six thousand miles away.” I said putting it back.
“I’m Matteo.” He held his hand out for a handshake.
“I’m Gia. But you already knew that.” I added shaking his hand
“Yeah. Come I have to take you downstairs so you can meet the rest.”
The rest. I thought. That’s sounds really fun.
“You scared?” Matt asked me as we walked down the stairs
“I wouldn’t say scared exactly. It’s just always been me and my mum so when I found out that I have five brothers, we could say that I’m still in a state of shock.”
Matteo stopped walking and turned to me. “Its the same for us around here. The rest of us didn’t even know our father had a daughter.”
The rest of the way down the stairs was quite. Neither of us said a word.
Walking into the living room I suddenly felt small. All conversation stopped the moment I walked in, they all stared.
“Gia I’m glad you could join us.” Alfonso said from behind me leading me to a seat further from everyone’s but close enough for them to see me and make conversation.
“Gia. This is Adriano your third brother after me and Alfonso. On the coach next to him is his twin Luca and last your should already know Matteo.” Enzo introduced motioning to get one of them as he walked in.
“Boys. This is our sister Gia. As you already know she will be living with us from now on.” Enzo briefed them.
“Where have you been?” Adriano asked me not looking up from his cell phone which I found rude.
“East L.A with my mother.” I answer leaning back getting comfortable.
Adriano raised his head and looked at me before looking at Enzo. It was as though they were having a conversation through their eyes.
“Played any sports?” Luca asked me
Matteo scoffed. “She was a cheerleader.”
They all looked at me surprised. Even Adriano looked up from his phone.
“You were a cheerleader?” Alfonso asked me.
“Yes it was something I did for fun. But in terms of sports I’m a swimmer.”
“You swim?” Adriano muttered
“It helps keeping you in shape. Plus it’s stress relieving.”
Adriano rolled his eyes looking back at his cell phone.
