I woke up in black space with no end in sight. - Hello? Is anyone here?! - I screamed but all I heard was my own voice echoing from god knows where. No sound, my ears were ringing from the silence. As time passed, I began to feel this place start to crush me. I was falling into a frenzy and losing track of time, situation and my own existence. Panic was going through me. I started to run, but the question was where? I ran, but without end. I don't even know how much time passed, but it felt like I was running on a treadmill for hours, which in reality were minutes. I dropped on the floor knowing that this is the end. Suddenly I heard a laugh, but from where? It came from everywhere. - Who is that?!

- Loraine.

- Who are you? - After another laugh, a dark long silhouette formed as if from smoke emerged from the surface I was walking on. The figure began to move closer to me adopting the more clear shape of a fox spirit.

- I have to say, you've impressed me. All that sacrifice and fighting against me. I've never had a host like that before. But it makes your body more useful to me now with all that will to fight and relentlessness.

 - Who are you?

- Your kind knows me by the name of Ginko, the fox of minds and death. But that's not all I am. Look around you, you are in the void. Or more accurately within me, I am the Void that destroys and consumes everything that bends. - "So was this really the end for me? That can't be." - So what am I still doing here? Shouldn't I be completely absorbed?

- Oh, no, honey, because first you're gonna watch me destroy one by one every piece of your life and everyone else's. - The ghost was gone, and I didn't know what to do. During my next solitude, I became thoughtful. When I closed my eyes I suddenly saw Liam.

- What was that? - I surprised myself. I closed my eyes again and saw him again, or more precisely I saw everything. The city center, gray dust was everywhere, demolished buildings, it was a real battlefield. Gwen, Izuku, Kai, Liam and even my father were there, all bruised, injured. Just who were they fighting? Why now? I focused my senses and saw. Were they fighting with me? Not with me, it was Ginko in my body. He had already caused so much damage, the thought of how many people he must have killed already made me nauseous, but the next ones...the next victims were going to be my friends. I had to prevent this, all of this. If I could still see what was going on behind, it meant I hadn't lost everything. There was still a chance. My only option was to outwit the master himself. I got to my feet and shouted his name. But nothing. I started screaming like this again but each time no response. I fell to the ground and tried to focus all my strength to do something. When I opened my eyes, the space around me was no longer black but white, and before me stood a fox made of gold dust. I rubbed my eyes to see if it was a hallucination, but it was not.

- Kinko? Oh my gosh, you are Kinko. - I got up and bowed in front of the goddess. - Am I dead? Is this heaven?

- No. You could say it's something in between.

- I'm sorry, I let you down. I let everyone down.

- Loraine, Ginko is a very powerful demon, and all is still not lost.

- What?

- You just have to remember.

- Remember? - The vixen put her hand on my head which made me fall to my knees and my body was filled with a strange energy. - but what...? - I opened my eyes and couldn't believe it. Why was I in Splinter's old house? I started walking around it and remembering all the nice moments when I was still a child. Suddenly someone ran by me, I was shocked and looked at Kinko.

- They can't see us. - I looked back at the girl wearing black clothes with colored streaks in her hair, it was me when I was 14. Right behind me stood sensei.
