Today felt so fast and short, not like any other day. As Soobin and Yeonjun promised, they really just enjoyed the time limit before the unknown end.

Without forgetting that tomorrow was the time limit.

"I'm going to sleep now," the boy laid on his bed, looking at Yeonjun who sat on the edge of the bed beside him, giving the grim reaper a soft gaze.

There's more but he tried his best to hide it.

"Wanna cuddle?" Yeonjun asked him while stroking his hair, it became his habit now. He loved stroking Soobin's hair so much.

"No, I'm fine."

It felt weird for Yeonjun, since Soobin was always asking him for cuddles these days. But he shrugged it off of his mind, maybe Soobin just didn't want to for now.

"I'll be outside then. Good night, baby."

Yeonjun kissed his forehead lovingly before smiling for the last time that night, and walked outside to the balcony as usual.

Soobin laid down, turned his back to the balcony, pretending to be asleep.

He didn't wanna sleep at all that night, he would sleep for real later.

When the grim reaper already outside, leaving him alone in the bedroom, he grabbed his phone beside him and order an online cab to somewhere. He slowly woke up from his bed, changing his clothes, wearing his favorite coat (the one that Yeonjun picked for him), and walked outside the bedroom.

The grim reaper could sense that Soobin walked out from the bedroom. He waited for a moment, maybe Soobin just needed to go to the kitchen or somewhere alone. So he came inside, sat at his usual couch beside the bed.

But when Yeonjun came inside, Soobin was getting in the cab and going somewhere.

The boy now sat silently at the cab, looking at the road blankly.

Should I do this? Is this the right choice?

Soobin thought on the ride, he kept having an inner struggle on his mind about that. But the he came to his first decision.

Soobin wanted to do suicide, for Yeonjun.

He just wanted the best for him, he didn't anything at all. If he couldn't be with Yeonjun, then let him be happy at least, even he should sacrifice his life.

It's alright, Yeonjun will understand me. It's all for him.

The cab finally arrived at the destination. The driver stopped smoothly in front of the gate.

"We've arrived, sir."

Soobin said 'thank you' after paying the cab, getting out and standing in the front of the big gate he saw yesterday, the place where him amd Yeonjun went.

The palace.

Someone with a guard suit came over him, looked like an old man with an old coat.

"Are you Choi Soobin, the one that reserved the palace for tonight?"

Yes, Soobin reserved the palace for himself tonight.

The boy smiled, "yes, can I go inside now?"

The old man, the gate keeper, nodded, "yes, this way."

He walked following behind the old man, they went to the other side of the palace, just to be met by a small door for going inside the palace.

"This is the hidden entrance. It was used for the workers at the palace back then."

Soobin just nodded silently, still following the gate keeper until they arrived at some small pavilion, it was the gate keeper's place.
