Chongyun was the first to wake up, and oh boy was he thankful for that. He was up just in time to see Xingqiu fast asleep on his chest. It felt like he had won the lottery. Actually, no, it felt like he had won the world.

He cuddled the boy a little longer, carelessly placing kisses all over him, causing Xingqiu to stir a bit. Chongyun chuckled, Xingqiu was too adorable for his own good.

Xingqiu stirred, rubbing his eyes and getting up. He immediately got out of Chongyun's arms, making the boy sad. Xingqiu quickly put on his clothes and headed to the library without a word to Chongyun.

Chongyun stared, dumbfounded. Why did Xingqiu ignore him? He was quick to get dressed and follow after him. Chongyun was running as Xingqiu entered the library.

He caught up and held the door open, holding Xingqiu's wrist. Xingqiu jumped and turned to face the prince. Chongyun's anger settled, seeing how scared Xingqiu looked. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you," He held Xingqiu's small and delicate hand in his own large and corse one.

"It's alright Sire, I just don't understand why you're stopping a simple librarian like myself," He bit his lip.

"Simple-? Xingqiu, you're extraordinary...that's beside the point...do you not remember yesterday at all?," Chongyun said worriedly.

"Wait...that actually happened? And it wasn't a dream or an illusion that I woke up in the Prince's arms?," Xingqiu asked softly.

"No, it wasn't a dream, it all actually happened Xi," He caressed Xingqiu's cheek.

He sighed in relief. "That's incredible...i was worried it was a dream like usual," Xingqiu smiled up at him.

"U-usual?," Chongyun blushed.

"Oh! Yeah- heh funny story...I have dreams about being with you a lot....it's stupid I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable-"

"Nono, that's incredibly adorable, and not what I expected, but I love it. I love this, I love you," Chongyun beamed.

"You barely know me Sire"

"Stop calling me that, I want a nickname from you, and I plan on changing the whole barely knowing thing, I wanna know everything about you, even the embarrassing cute stuff"

"Nickname? But you're the prince....uhm...Yunyun? Is that okay? And if you really insist"

"Yunyun...yeah, I love it! And of course! You don't do much in the library, do you?"

"I do not, you're correct"

"Then you're going to spend the whole day in my lap, reading the next novel to me after~ we eat breakfast. Together. And we'll have lunch, and dinner and then cuddle all over again"

"Isn't that boring though, Sir--erm-yunyun," Xingqiu asked, looking up at him.

"Hmm, I guess, I wouldn't really mind, you in my lap and all. But if you wanna do something more, we can"

"You have an incredible garden! What about we go there?," Xingqiu offered.

"Hmm, pretty, but I have a better date idea, let's go into town, then I can spoil you all I want..but you'll have to wear a dress so they don't get suspicious," Chongyun looked at him.

"Yeah, o-okay...never thought I'd be going on a date with the Prince...and I don't have a dress"

"I'll have one made, cmon!," He drug Xingqiu along to the seamstress.

Hours passed, and Xingqiu was made an elegant gown, it poofed up a bit and the frills really showed Xingqiu off. Chongyun gulped, a deep red blush on his cheeks.

"Chongyun?," Xingqiu looked up at him.

"Happy early 17th birthday to me," Chongyun muttered, picking Xingqiu up. "You simply cannot wear plain boxers under that, you need panties!"

"What?! Chongyunnnn," Xingqiu whined, hitting the males back.

"What? I can't help it you're so beautiful and I just want to do bad things...anyway, you need to change underwear," He gave a pair to Xingqiu and walked out of the room.

"That weirdo," He groaned, changing into the panties given to him "how embarrassing"

Xingqiu was taken to a stylist to get finishing touch-ups on his outfit and hair before being presented to Chongyun. "You're so beautiful, I'm so lucky to be taking you out on a date"

"Thank you Yunyun," He kissed his cheek.

Chongyun wrapped his arm around the males waist, taking him to their carriage.

The entire carriage ride Xingqiu was laying on Chongyun in some way. Chongyun held his precious cargo tightly as he listened to all of Xingqiu's wonders.

"I'm assuming you don't get into town much, oh boy am I going to have fun spoiling you," He nuzzled his face into Xingqiu's neck.

"Yeah I don't...and you really don't need to, I'd be content with just walking around together"

"You're so humble, that makes it better, I'm spoiling you completely today, and it'll be incredible, and you can pay me back in kisses, cuddles, and reading to me"

"If you insist," Xingqiu giggled, as they arrived.

"Of course I do, now come on, we're here," Chongyun picked Xingqiu up, carrying him out of the carriage.

Xingqiu blushed as he held onto Chongyun. The village people began to gossip about the pretty new "girl" their Prince was with.

"You can put me down Yunyun," Xingqiu embarassedly looked away.

"I don't want to, I like holding you Xi," Chongyun smiled, taking him to a flower booth.

Chongyun finally set Xingqiu down, and bought a boquet of roses, handing them to Xingqiu, "Flowers for my perfect princess"

"You're so embarrassing....thank you Yun," Xingqiu smiled, kissing Chongyun on the cheek.

Satisfied Chongyun lead him all around town, buying the boy new things, trinkets, and food. That's when they came across a bookstore, Xingqiu's face lit up. "Yunyun! May we please! The next volume of Genshin is out! Please? Oh pretty please?," Xingqiu begged.

"You had be at Yunyun," Chongyun led him inside, telling Xingqiu to go crazy.

The book crazed boy walked all around the shop, picking up books he found interesting, as well as two copies of the lastest Genshin novel. He started to walk toward Chongyun and felt bad for all of the books he picked out. He shook his head and went to put them back when he was stopped.

"Xi, I told you whatever you wanted, don't worry about it, you deserve it my love," He kissed Xingqiu's head, taking the large stacks of books from him to pay.

Xingqiu blushed, a smile forming on his face, wondering how he had gotten so lucky. Chongyun was incredible, and Xingqiu couldn't believe he was the only one who got the loud and out-going side of the Prince.

The day quickly faded, Chongyun loading up all the bags in their carriage, helping Xingqiu in. Once they were off, he wrapped his arms around the boy, snuggling him.

"Did you have fun Xi?"

"Yes, thank you Yunyun," Xingqiu smiled.

"Perfect, I'm so glad," He kissed Xingqiu's cheek.

Xingqiu's heart was racing. It was rather odd, he didn't quite understand why it was beating so fast. He really hadn't experienced this in the pass. This feeling was something new, and he couldn't help but feel the origin of this feeling came from Chongyun. Was he really falling in love with the Prince? Even if he was, could they really be together?

Too many questions, and not enough answers. It bothered Xingqiu, but he shook it off. He'd live in the moment. The thought of ever losing Chongyun scared him, despite only knowing one another for 2 days.

This love was new, still blossoming; and on it's journey to being fully bloomed would be a rollercoaster of emotion and events. And Xingqiu couldn't wait!
