I felt something pushing me so I did what a normal person would and tried to hit it.
"Don't hit your mother." "Sorry." I mumble groggily. "Where'a Scott?" "Date." I mumble not knowing what was coming out of my mouth. "Seriously." She mumbled and I hear the departing footsteps.
I heard screaming and I jumped out of my bed racing to where it was coming from. Mom had a bat and Stiles was on Scott's bed. I doubled over in laughter, "Stiles, what the hell are you doing here?" Mom groaned. "What am I doing? God, do either of you even play baseball?" He barked.
Scott walks in the room turning on the lights as I get up and taking deep breaths. "What?" Scott probes as he walks up to mom.
"Can you please tell your friend to use the front door." Mom asks, "But we lock the front door. He wouldn't be able to get in." Scott argues, "Thats the point." I state as I sit on Stiles lap, he wraps his arms around my waist and mom raises her brow. "God no. No." She says as she nudges me off him with the base bat head. "And by the way, do either of you care that there's a police enforced curfew?" Mom continued, "No." We all state at the same time and she shakes her head.
"No alright then. Well, you know what?-" She throws the baseball bat onto Scott's bed, "That's about enough parenting for me for one night, so goodnight." Mom walks out of the room as Scott and Stiles chuckle.
I lay back onto Scott's bed as I aimlessly play with my white locks. "What?" Scott proves as I hear a chair scrapping against the floor. Stiles sighed through his nose, than spoke up.
"My dad left for the hospital fifteen minutes ago. It's the bus driver. They said he succumbed to his wounds."
"Succumbed?" Scott questions, "He's dead." I yawn and close my eye for a quick second but than open them just as quickly since I don't want to sleep on Scott's bed.
I get up and kiss Stiles cheek and ruffle Scott's hair as I make my way back to my room. But before I did, I did hear the grunts of Scott and Stiles leaving through his window.
