"(M/n), dude... you've ruined this dude's career" Jeff started as he walked into her apartment, shoving the spare key into his pocket.
"I thought you were leaving me" She smirked, fixing up her make-up to highlight the small bruises that had cleared up long ago.
This bitch was crazy? She even went far enough to add some herself.
"Why are you doing this?" He asked solemnly "they're getting so much backlash from everyone" He frowned.
"Mm~ and how is that any of my business?" She asked tilting her head as she finally turned to face the foreign man.
"You did this"
"Please. He did this to himself."
"No, (M/n).... you... you're an evil person" He said shakily. He couldn't put his finger on it but judging by her expression, she looked as though that thin thread had finally cut and she'd lost all sanity "what are you even gonna do to that poor kid" he asked.
"I'll raise her perfectly!" The woman smiled "just like my mother did me"
Jeff's eyes widened. This was where he knew things were only going to head downhill.
Why?
Because he knew of (M/n)'s paternal issues and lack of proper upbringing.
"It's not too late to pull out of the-"
"Why would I want to? I deserve my justice"
"Do you know what the court is going to do to you if they find out you were intoxicated that night?" He asked.
"Don't you threaten me" she hissed
"I'm not... just getting my stuff" He sighed walking passed her.
"You're...really leaving me?" She asked, softening her tone as she stared at him longingly.
"Yeah. This relationship isn't healthy" He said curtly.
"But I love you" She whispered, shuffling close to him.
As much as he hated to say it, Jeff loved her too, with all his heart. He knew she was rough around the edges and was still struggling with addiction but they were such a good couple.
It began going downhill when she began to take YouTube seriously. Even though she began to change, Jeff still stood by her.
Now look where that got him, being treated like garbage.
"Baby.." She whispered wrapping her arms around his neck as her face inched towards his "I said i-"
"No." He spat pushing her shoulders back "I'm not doing this again."
"But.. I need you" she said shakily "Jeff!"
"What you need, is help. Professional help" He explained "I always told you I'd support you through it but look what happened as you refused"
