Fingers fidgeting on the phone in her hand while bubbling her cheeks. Eyes wandering around the pedestrians. The soles of her shoes tapping on the ground as if following a beat that only she can recognize.
She heaved out a sigh along with her shoulders dropping upon seeing the digital time on her screen. 8:54 pm.
"YANG!" someone called from the pedestrians and she felt her hopes up.
"Dejun."she called in a lowering voice.

"Bakit parang hindi ka masaya na makita ako?"he sounded hurt in a joking manner nang makalapit sya. She made a face.
"Ano ba? Masaya ako. Ang saya saya ko."she sarcastically replied riding on his mood. "So ano? Sabihin mo na."she rolled her eyes off playfully.
Dejun breathed and pursed a smile. Obvious of what she already meant.
"He can't make it so ... Pinasundo ka nya sa akin."
"Ulit."they added in unison and chuckle.
She heaved out a deep sigh with a shaking head in down mood as she muttered few inaudible words.
"Tāyǐqiánrúhé?" Dejun asked upon noticing her muttering words but she just smiled at him teasefully.

"Méiyǒushé me." she scrunched her nose.
(Nothing)
"Sigurado ka?"he slightly tilted his head to the side and she nodded once. He shrugged. "So ano? Let's go? Ihahatid na kita pauwi."pag aaya na lang nya at tumalikod na.
She checked the time on her screen.
"Uhm... Dejun?"she called in hesitant voice.
"Hmm?"he hummed at muling humarap sa kanya.
"Is it okay if ... wag muna tayo umuwi? Abot pa naman kasi. It's just an hour late. Sayang kasi yung reservation dun sa restaurant."she pursed her lips feeling a little embarrassed to ask the favor.
Dejun seem fascinated at her offer. He was quick to flash a smile and nodded yes to her.
"Okay! Saan ba yon?"he was so eager and she looked so happy about it.
"WeiShenV."she replied as they started walking on the way to his parked car.
"Oh?!"he gasped with his eyes wide. "That's one fancy and cozy Chinese cuisine place managed by Chef Qian Kun, right? It's really popular. Been featured in magazines and shows and the latest was with Dong Si Cheng in Winformation."he was so astonished.
