He entered the small cafe and it created a chime sound when he opened its glass door for it had a chime bell for incoming customers.
"Good morning sir. Welcome to Cubaker." the staff greeted.
He gave her a nod and walked towards the counter. Smiling as soon as he saw a familiar person.
"You're here." the person on the counter said.
He chuckled nodding his head after taking off the branded sun glasses he was wearing.

He gave her his card for she already knew what he usually orders. A hot americano coffee.
"Si Harriet?" He asked craning his neck trying to look for her.
"Oh yeah, right. May pinapabigaysyasa'yo." she said ,swiping the card.
"What was it?" He asked. "Nasaan ba sya? Di ba dapatsya ang manager ngayon?"
She did not respond and just finished working on the order and the receipt. As soon as she finished the order and returned the card to him, she removed her apron and asked for another staff to work on the counter for a while.
"Just wait for me." She said and left the counter.
She went inside the locker area of staffs and after a minute, she came out and walked towards him who's waiting.
"What's this?" He asked when she handed her an envelope that seems like a letter.
"You're about to break up with her, right?" She pursed a smile.
He stared at her, slightly stiffened at her question. He blinked and simply swallowed a sudden formed saliva in his throat.
"She resigned as the manager last night. She moved out of the apartment this morning but before she left, pinakiusapannya ako na ibigay ko to sa'yokapagnagpuntakaditosa cafe."
He didn't say a word and just stared at the letter in his hands.
"Sana hindi mo pagsisihan." She pursed another smile.
He remained in his silence.
"Maiwan na kita. I still need to go back to work." She sadly smiled before leaving him.
