Later that same day
The Midoriya family was leaving UA to head to the court house to register their son's quirk. The name change for the quirk was unexpected, but they were happy with the change. Inko Midoriya was still trying to process the information that had been uncovered by the young lad's transformation. Any mother would worry for their son when their quirk reveals that they have more than one mate and what that could mean for the future of their child. Hisashi however was worried for a separate reason. He knew what it meant to be close to your mate and not be able to do anything with them. He may not be able to change into a dragon, but he still has their instincts unlike his half sister.
"Ryujin, why don't you play in the park while I go fill out this form?" Hisashi says to his son who is now smiling at his mother.
"Come on, Izuku. Let's go play," Inko looks down at her son.
Izuku runs as fast as his little legs will carry him and starts jumping around the play ground with some other kids. He eventually runs into his friend, Katsuki Bakugou, who appears to be picking on three girls that are crying covered in dirt and bruises.
"Like you could be any fort of hero with your weak quirk. All you can do is make your hands bigger. You'd be better off as a builder," Bakugou goes to blow the ginger headed girl up.
"Kachan, stop it. You've already made them cry," Izuku runs in with his wing out to protect himself and the girls.
This sudden movement surprises Katsuki along with his two lackeys behind him. Tsubasa looks at the wing and immediately retracts his own. This was seen as an act of defiance by the young Bakugou and was about let out an explosion onto the winged boy. Izuku saw this and punched the explosive boy before turning to Tsubasa.
"Are you okay, Basa-chan?" Izuku looks over the boy to check for injuries.
Tsubasa looks at Izuku and smiles at him before kneeling. Izuku was confused as to why his friend was doing this. "Tsubasa, stand up this is weird."
"Sorry Ryujin, I think my quirk was reacting to yours and I just kneeled. My quirk might be more animal like then I thought," Tsubasa was looking Izuku in his eyes before pulling the boy closer to him as Bakugou had charged at the two.
"YOU WEAK LITTLE TURD. I'LL SHOW YOU WHO TO KNEEL TOO," Bakugou screams at the two and tries to attack them again but is cut off by a growl. A deep, raspy, and terrifying growl. This growl was coming from Izuku, who had green flames emitting from his mouth.
"Bakugou Katsuki, that is enough," Izuku at this point is passed the point of dealing with the boy. "You need to stop now or you will never achieve your dream. As of right now, I will stand for these people that you have hurt as a hero, you villain."
Izuku shifts into his dragon form, but a smaller version to be able to easily hide and protect those hurt. The ginger, purplette, and blonde get behind his tail while Tsubasa stands next to Izuku ready to help his new friend. Bakugou looks at the beast in front of him petrified, but he looks at the faces of those around the beast and realizes that Izuku was right. Bakugou, who's had a dream to be a hero for as long as he can remember, was acting no better than a villain. The very thing that his idol took down. This realization broke his four year old heart and the young boy began to cry.
His tears shocked those around him and none moved before Izuku turned into his demi-dragon form and wrapped his arms and wings around his friend. This action shocked everyone even the adults that arrived at the commotion. A hero was walking by, noticed the gathering, and decided to check it out. What he saw shocked him. He looked above the adults that haven't noticed the tall red haired man. He walked over to the little blonde girl that appeared injured and knelt down.
