(Second POV)

"Let her go, Isabelle."

Grandma held her arm out preventing Isabelle from running to get you instead, she signaled the demon to go and get you.

"Grandma... I don't mean to be rude towards you, but this... wasn't our deal... You told me to make her into a prodigy so she can become a mother,"

"Yes and we have noticed, her brain is perfect premium quality. The royal wants to eat the brain, it's such a rare quality that's why they'd rather dine than throw away such an opportunity," Grandma answers Isabelle as the two of them stare at you running towards the forest. Isabelle just stares worriedly, this wasn't what she wanted for you. She handcrafted you to become a prodigy, someone who will become a mother once they get shipped out. But here you were running away from the demon.

~~~
The demon quickly caught you and tried to put the flower in your heart to kill you, but this wasn't what you wanted. You kept fussing under its clutches causing it to lose concentration. The creature was starting to grow impatient and ended up stabbing you with it in your arm, causing you to scream in agony. Why did it hurt so much? You bit the hand of the creature and kicked it in its stomach causing the monster to lose its grip on you slightly. You took this as an opportunity to wriggle out and start running again. You were growing weaker and weaker because of the flower sucking the blood out of you. You managed to make it to the wall, you clenched your arm with the flower stuck to it, your face was getting paler, but that wasn't going to stop you from escaping. You heard rustling behind you, and with all your strength tried to climb the tree.
~~~

"Isabelle, did you disable her tracking device?"

"Unfortunately yes whilst we were leaving," Grandma sighed at Isabelle's response.

"She musn't have gone so far."

~~~
There was a gap. A huge gap between the wall and land. You just stood there holding onto your arm starring at the gap. Out of anger you ripped the flower out and threw it down in the gap.
⚠️⚠️⚠️
Was this really how you were going to end? Was this really it? You wondered how far down drop is. Maybe out of spite you could just end it all right here right now with just one jump. One step, one push. You just stared down, maybe... this was a better way. You hovered your foot over the edge.
⚠️⚠️⚠️
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Your eyes widened. You looked back, but no one was there not even the demon, you looked back into a forest and saw another demon in front of you. You a step back, you were now officially cornered, there was one in front of you, one behind looking for you, and a cliff preventing you from escaping.
"You're trying to escape aren't you." The demon said she had purple hair and something covering her eyes. "It's alright I won't tell anyone..." You just stood there baffled that this demon that was here to kill you, isn't going to tell anyone at your attempted escape/suicide. The rustling got slightly closer causing you to look back into the forest behind you. You heard the mysterious demon grunt as you felt something at your feet, making you look down. A piece of rope with a knot tied to the bottom of it.
"Here swing on this." She says as she tied the end of the rope to a tree. You picked up the rope and stared at it. This demon was trying to help you? But for what, wasn't she meant to eat you? Maybe that's why! She was going to use you to eat you.
"Hurry, otherwise the demon will find you! I promise I won't hurt you!" She says. She looked worried, but why? Was she genuinely worried about you...
"Just swing to this side with the rope! I promise it won't break! And I'll catch you!" She says, her voice sounding more stressed by the minute. You don't know what overcame you, but you trusted the demon, you tightly held onto the rope and stepped a few steps back, before running over and jumping over the edge. You tightly closed your eyes, you never believed you'll make it at all.
You felt warm arms hold you tightly, you slightly opened your eyes. You were in the demon's arms, she was hugging you? You... you made it. You escaped. You did it! You escaped! You made it! You were going to survive! You were going to live! You hugged the demon back not caring that she was a demon.
"You did it, good job!" She congratulated you as she smiled lightly whilst holding you. You started to feel weak and ended up fainting in her arms. The blood loss from the strange flower made you feel on the verge of death.
"There you are. You can't go to the cliff, and you know that-"
"Hurry! We need to get her some food and water! She's getting paler!" the demon said worriedly as she cradled you in her arms.
"What did you do!?" The other demon with a big sword on his back and red hair said half angrily as he stared at your weakened body.
"I needed to help her... she was trying to escape... I couldn't just leave her there!" the female demon said looking back down at you.
"Goodness, you and your kind-heart is going to be the death of you Musica," the demon said as he took you and threw you on his back and picked up Musica by her clothes. He started to run, away from the wall, run away from your home. Run away from Gracefields.
