☁︎Chapter 4 It's all for her☁︎

~Narrators POV~

"No way," Emma stated bluntly which left Ray in shock. Just as he explained to her that it would be impossible to take everyone with her, she stubbornly declined on Ray's suggestion of leaving everybody behind on the farm. Emma and Norman told Ray everything about the farm, demons, and Mama.

"Even if it is impossible I want to escape with everyone. Let's figure it out, I don't want all of us to die. But there is no option to leave them all behind. I want Conny to be the last... I-I don't want anyone to end up like that ever again. If there isn't one then let's make a place for humans to live outside, let's change the world." Emma's statement made Ray lost for words.

"I understand now, thanks to you Ray, that's the kind of prison break we have to do. I'm not giving up on this, because I have decided. So, Ray, you're the one who has to give up! Stop jabbering around and help us!"

Emma grabbed hold of Ray while she was talking, she wanted to show him she was determined on making everyone escape. When Ray pushed Emma off of him, all Norman could do was laugh at this point.

"How can you just laugh her plan is suicide leave these types of things to (Y/n)-" While Ray was scolding out Norman Emma was throwing a tantrum over wanting to escape with everyone.

"We'll escape with everyone no matter what! Or else I won't do it. I won't, I won't, I won't!"

"Do something about that idiot! She's unreasonable,"

"I know, right? But I'm glad she's so cheerful,"

"I wanted for you to stop her! Or you're both going to die. You knew from the very start, huh?"

"... Emma was crying. That night, I thought she was crying because she was scared. But I was wrong. I was scared of dying. But Emma was crying because she was scared of her family dying. Isn't that amazing? She thinks of protecting others in that situation."

"But it's not the correct thing." As Ray and Norman were arguing Emma went over to the wall and was just staring at it.

"Ray's right, about the planning part, maybe (Y/n) has a better plan that will help us succeed in escaping," Emma mumbled to herself, her being stubborn on not wanting to own up that Ray was right about the escaping part.

"It's a boat made up of mud and it's just the three of us including (Y/n) which makes the four of us escaping, right? If it was just us then we will be able to escape." Ray was trying to argue with Norman that his plans are correct and that he shouldn't doubt himself, but all Norman could do was look down. Ray was convinced that Norman lost his mind, he always took the best options so why was he acting so stupid right now?

"Because I like her," Was the answer Ray was not expecting. "I like Emma so that's why I want her to always be smiling... and I know... for a fact Ray

That you would do the same for (Y/n)," This hit Ray hard, why was he all of a sudden seeing the (h/c) girl all of a sudden, he couldn't possibly be in love with her

"Y-your crazy," Ray stuttered

"But am I wrong to think that,"

"Shut up, and what if Emma dies because of it?"

"I won't let her die. That's why I'm going to utilize myself. Luckily, I've always managed to accomplish what I set out to do. And if you bake mud it'll become a vessel. A boat made out of mud won't necessarily sink."

"You're insane,"

"Maybe. Both Emma and I are mad. We've completely lost it. You can't let us do this on our own, right? If you won't do it for us... then do it for (Y/n)."

"...Damn it,"

~Your POV~

I was in the library, with (The great all might, no I will not stop) Phil. I was reading him one of his favorite books until I heard the bell ring from inside the building.

"What's the bell ringing for (Y/n) don't we have free time?"

"I'm not sure... let's go to mom, maybe she needs help with something or she was just calling some children that were playing outside, back in."

"Okay, let's go,"

I was standing with my whole family in front of two new additions to the family.

"Let me introduce her, this is your newest little sister Carol. And this is sister Krone. She's here to help me." Mom informed us all.

"A-An Adult,"

"Another Enemy,"

I heard Emma and Norman tremble under their breaths which caused me to look at them, but the look was not what I was expecting... they both had a facial expression that was the same as last night. I believe it's called; Fear. But why are they scared, it's just another guardian to look over us, but then I remembered what Norman said 'Another Enemy,' What does that mean, what does he mean by another enemy. I know there is a saying that curiosity killed the cat, but what do I care, I heard another part about that saying that satisfaction brought it back, yet again. Would I be satisfied with the answer they would give me? I was snapped out of my thoughts when I saw Emma, with the biggest smile, greeting Sister Krone.

But didn't just a second ago, I looked at Norman to see he had he's normal smile on as well... but, was I hallucinating...or...I think I need more sleep.

(Yo, sorry for it being shorter than usual and sorry for not posting in a while, man I have so many ideas for other fics I want to write, but I want to finish this first maybe I will, put up the titles, prologue, and stuff so ye, anyway enough of that
