Toothless growls in his throat and comes over to me as well, the more contact that came my way the more my emotions started to overfill and spill out, I felt more tears well up but I refused to let them see, I turned around and rubbed my arm aggressively over my eyes, the two dragons let out small chirps and growls, "I'm sorry." I apologise, I trace my hand over Toothless's head and start massaging the point between his two head fins, his spines start to split into two, "Don't know why it's taken me so long to finally do that. Sorry bud." I grab his cheeks and shake his head, he trots over to Hiccup showing off his dorsal spines, "Wow." He looks at me, I still had my back turned to them, "Hey, Nat. Are you alright?" I heard the snow crunching under Hiccup's booths, "Um. I've got to go, you two spend some time together, I'll be back at the nest." My voice cracked slightly, "Hey-" He spins me around by my shoulders, my eyes were red and puffy, the tip of my nose pink, his eyes widen, "I'm heading out now." I jump on Stormshear and we shoot off, the recognisable bang of breaking the sound barrier.
We flew into the nest and Storm landed on the stone, I sat down and stared out at the view of moss, ice and dragons, Stormshear purred in his throat and lay down next to me, wrapping his tail around me, I stroke his head, "I miss them, I miss them all so much." My voice hitches and I sob, it's been six years since it all happened, that day when Longsan was murdered in search for our Zhao family, that man's only objective was to kill our clan, the fury clan specifically, "I wonder where Hiccup and Va-" I held a hand on my mouth, I tried to scream and pry their fingers off, Storm roars and growls but his pupils dilated when he saw he grabbed me, "Let's go." I heard Stoick's voice, "The road is clear." I heard Gobber, I look up and saw him, "Where's Hiccup?" Stoick lets go of me, I gasp for air, "H-He's." I heard a fury roar and he landed, "Dad?!" He gets off Toothless, "We're leaving." Stoick grabs his arm, "Wait. Wait dad, I need to tell you something, ti's something you like, unlike all the other things I spring onto you." he tries to reason, "No son. We're heading back to Berk now." Stoick had a death grip on Hiccup's arm, Gobber stopped and turned around, "You might want to deal with this one. Oh boy." He pats his shoulder and walks back, sitting down, Stoick unsheaths his sword, "Okay! Uh dad, can you put the sword away? Please." Hiccup walks after him, I follow them, Stoick gasps and he drops the sword, taking his helmet off, "I know what you're going to say, Stoick. How could I have done this? Stayed away all of these years and why didn't I come back to you? To our son? Well, what sign did I have to change Stoick? That anyone on Berk could, I pleaded so many times to stop the fighting and to find another answer but did any of you listen?" She wags her staff, dragons started crawling down the glowing ice, "This is why I never married. This and another reason." Gobber points with his ball attachment, "I know I left you to raise Hiccup alone but I thought he'd be better off without me. And I was wrong and I see that now..." She backs into the ice as Stoick walks closer, "Oh stop boing to stock Stoick. Go on, shout, scream, say something!" Tears well in her eyes, he cups her cheek, "You're as beautiful as the day I lost you." He whispers and strokes her cheek with his thumb, she closes her eyes and a tear slips out, Stoick leans down and kisses her, all the dragons back away into the cracks again, Hiccup looks down at me and smiles, kissing my hair.
"Mum, you'd never even recognise it. Where we used to make weapons we now make saddles wing slings, we even fix dragon teeth! You wouldn't believe how much has changed!" Hiccup grabs some fish from the basket, closing the lid on Toothless's nose as he tries to grab some, "Your son's changed Berk for the better." Stoick grabs the tray of fish Hiccup hands him, "I think we did good with this one Val." He puts his hands on her shoulders, the sudden touch made her drop the tray of fish skewers, Toothless tries to eat them but Cloudjumper eats it first, beating him to it, he roars sadly, Cloudjumper regurgitates some fish and Toothless slurps it up, growling happily, I stare at the fire Storm and I created, looking back at the happy Haddock family, "I'm uh... haven't had a lot of practice." She smiles and laughs slightly, "Well you know, I didn't marry you for your cooking." Stoick jokes, "And once you move back in with all your dragons oh Drago won't even stand a chance! Everything will be okay~." Hiccup walks back to them after handing the tray to Gobber, "Slow down son. It's a lot to take in." Stoick holds Hiccup's shoulder and the two stare at Valka as she fills up a jar with water dripping down one of the ice spikes, I walk past and grab some fish, feeding a few to Storm and grilling one over the fire, "Oh it's alright lass, we're making enough for everyone!" Gobber nudges me, making the fish slide into the fire, I furrow my brows and Storm sticks his head in gobbling my fish, my mood hadn't really lifted up since the incident earlier, Stoick starts whistling, "Oh I love this one." Gobber looks at Hiccup and me as he sits down next to me and threads out fingers together,
I'll swim and sail on savage seas
With never a fear of drowning
And gladly ride the waves of life

No scorching sun nor freezing cold
Will stop me (on my journey, sorry!)

Stoick looks at Valka, almost as if asking her to finish the song, he sighs and was about to walk away.
And love me for eternity
My dearest one, my darling dear
Your mighty words astound me
But I've no need for mighty deeds
When I feel your arms around me
Hiccup stares at his parents with awe in his eyes, the two of them up the tempo of the song, dancing around each other. He taps his foot with the song while Gobber stands up dancing around on the spot, "Argh!" He picks me up and starting dancing around, my feet weren't touching the ground as he spins me around clattering his feet.
But I would bring you rings of gold
I'd even sing you poetry (oh, would you?)
And I would keep you from all harm
If you would stay beside me
Gobber finally let me down, I saw seeing stars from how dizzy I was, Hiccup grabbed my hands and pulled me after him, swinging me between his arms, dancing around, Stoick and Valka looked at the two of us with loving eyes, I felt the corner of my lips tip up and I finally smiled, Hiccup's eyes lit up.

Hiccup stared down at me and watches as I dance around him, he smiles and didn't take his eyes off me once.
To love and kiss to sweetly hold
For the dancing and the dreaming
Through all life's sorrows

With never a fear of drowning
I'd gladly ride the waves so white

They finally stopped singing and all boomed with laughter, Stoick lifts Valka up by her waist and they stared at each other, Hiccup rests his hands on my waist, "There's that smile. Don't think I didn't realise." He strokes my cheek with his thumb and rests his forehead against mine, "I thought I'd have to die before we'd have that dance again." Stoick stares at her, "No need for drastic measures." She laughs, "For you my dear. Anything." He gets down on one knee, "Will you come home Val? Will you be my wife once again?" Stoick looks at her, Storm walks behind her and pushes her into him, "Nice subtlety wingman." I flick his forehead, they all laughed, "We can be a family! What do you say?" Stoick says, I push Hiccup towards them, he looks at me with almost a sad look, "They're your family. I can't change the past, nothing can do that. But what I can do is be grateful I've met someone like you who I can call family." I smile, "Come here you! You're family whether you like it or not!" Stoick picks me up and throws me into the group, I screamed a little at his sheer strength for a moment and I landed back down, Hiccup held me close to him, Toothless and Storm nudge their cheeks into Valka, "Yes." She smiles, "Great! I'll do the cooking." Gobber jumps in, we all laughed, they all walked away a little, Storm and Toothless perk up, they started growling and we look out and saw all the dragons flying out, "What's happening bud?!" Hiccup looks out, I felt a sudden pain in my arm, I scrunched my nose and pulled my sleeve down a little to hide it, "Nat?" Hiccup looks at me and he lifts my sleeve out, "Ow." I yelp, the mark of the fury glowing a light black, there was a loud ricocheting boom as we saw the walls lighten, more sunlight seeping through, "They're breaking through the ice." I ran forwards, "Nat!" Hiccup runs after me, Valka stares out at the battlefield before her, "Oh no." Hiccup saw armies and armies of soldiers fighting each other, "Val! Val! It's alright, we're a team now. Now, what do you want us to do?" Stoick asks, "We have to save the dragons." She says, "Aie. Come on son." He leads them back inside, my eyes widen, "You monster." I say, they turn around to me, I saw a man, draped in black dragon skin, black dreadlocks and a prosthetic arm, "I'll kill you!" I flipped off the ice, I felt Storm fly under me, "NAT!" I heard Hiccup shout, I fired a plasma blast at him, I flew high up again and dived back down, I stared at the man, "Drago Bludvist." I made Storm charge a plasma blast then right before we could've hit him an armoured dragon rammed into our side, I tumbled and landed on the snowy floor, I saw him walk over to us, Storm shook his head and roared, but the armoured dragon landed on him and the two of them fought, the man slowly walks towards me, I scrunched my nose up, "You murderer!" I scream, he laughs as he walks closer, "And I thought I killed the last of you dammed fury clan." He grabs my arm and lifts it up, I bit my lip to hold the screams, he stares at it, glowing a faint black, we heard the Bewilderbeast rise from the icy nest, his roar trembling everything, Drago stares at it for a moment, "STORM!" I tucked my legs up, he uses his tail to whip Drago and makes him fall back for a moment, I used that second to get away but he grabbed my leg. CRACK.
