Penelope's POV
"They've been in there a while. Is everything okay?" Morgan asked. We were all looking at the window to the bosses office."I believe we may be getting a new liaison." Emily whispered. My jaw dropped. "Is miss JJ joining us here? At the BAU? We are gonna be working together?"
She silently nodded as the two left the office. "Everyone I am sure you may have heard, but the communication liaison position was just filled. JJ will be joining us on the next case." He announced.
Emily ran us the stairs to meet them, followed by the rest of the team. "You did it!" Emily squealed. We all crowded our new teammate as Hotch went over 'rules' for us.
"Garcia, when you book rooms you can get them one together. However you two can't keep us all awake."
Derek almost died laughing as Elle explained the joke to Spencer. "You never said that to us." He said with a straight face.
That caused Elle to kiss his cheek and lead him back down the stairs. "On that note, we are out." She said collecting her stuff.
"Me too. Jack has homework." Hotch said going to get his things. I ran to my office, closed up my computers and joined everyone in the hall.
"This is going to be so much fun. We can spend so much more time together and do more stuff." I started rambling about the things we could do together as we all got in the elevator.
When the doors opened, we went our separate ways. Derek walked me to my car like the gentleman he is.
"Mama you need to get a car with a normal color." He joked referencing to my orange Cadillac. "It's like a disco ball."
"Ah my knight, perfect for me. And nothing would ever have me get rid of Rhonda." He opened my door when the sound rang in my ears.
Bang
"Help me! Please anybody!" Emily's scream filled the parking garage.
I followed Derek to Emily's car. "Oh my god." Is all I could let out.
