DESCRIPTION
After the Soul Stone granted him abilities of his own, Specter decided to use it for the greater good of being an Avenger. Thanks to his partner, Wanda Maximoff, he was able to learn how to control his powers. Things seemed to be going well in the lives of the heroes.
But when things go wrong at a mission in Lagos, world governments everywhere propose a piece of legislation that will change the dynamic of the Avengers forever. Sides disagree, which leads to a war between earth's mightiest heroes.
