Sam: I'm running to the office when I bump into Lucy, sorry.

Lucy: It's fine dont worry and why are you rushing what's wrong?

Sam: ots tessa she has been vomiting for the last 10 minutes after we ate she started vomiting and only now just stopped.

Lucy: okay what did she eat and drink?

Sam: 5 pieces selected from Mcdonalds same as me but i had a coke and she had orange juice. Why?

Tessa: Sam has been gone a few mins and now I'm starting to come up in a rash and feel very faint. I hope she hurries soon.

Lucy: okay i need you to make the bed the the spare room now this is serious also if you have spare shorts and top tessa could borrow hurry please,

Sam: Yes I do and I'll leave them in the room she is in the patient's toilet.

Lucy: *i arrive to the patients toilets but the door has auto lock and can only be opened from the inside as it must have censored movement and locked* tessa can you open the door? It's lucy.?

Tessa can you hear me ?

Shit this is not good. I have no way of getting in. The only way is to call for emergency fire back up now. This is bad.

Sam: * i finish sorting the room and go back to see lucy * what's happening ?

Lucy: the door has locked and now tessa isn't responding and this isn't good she is allergic to orange juice but she hasn't had a reaction since she was a baby and was giving the all clear but that wouldn't have made her puke like she has the rash is liked to the reaction but the vomiting im not sure, can you do me a favor ?

Sam: yes anything?

Lucy: go to my office call 999 say fire response to break down a door and make sure NO ONE alerts hardin either until we know how bad it is understood?

Sam: yes

*3 minutes later fire crew arrive*

Lucy *we gain access within 15minutes and to my guess tess is covered in a rash and vomit is everywhere* we get Tess into a wheelchair and take her to the medical room on the ward ( spare room) we hook her up onto a drip and change her and as a precaution we have to do a pregnancy scan but just as we do the scan and check and im shocked tessa starts fitting. It's code red.

Medical team: she needs intubating now until we can get this reaction under control and run more tests.

Lucy: do what you have to but please make sure no harm comes to her and she is so safe.

Medical staff: we run tests and they will be back in half an hour as urgency for now tho we have to move her to intensive care and also what did the scan show?

Lucy: I couldn't get a closer look because Tess started fitting but do not tell hardin ' her next port of call until we know what's caused this?

Sam: *whilst they are all dealing with tessa i use her phone and call her guy best mate jay* Hello, is this jay?

Jay: yeah it is who's this ?

Sam: hi i am friends with tessa listen can you and steph come to the hospital tessa has taken a bad turn and is in icu and i know she would want 2 friends by her side ?

Jay: of course we can. I'll go pick my girlfriend up now and we will come straight over what about hardin?

Sam: NO! He cannot know not yet its boss orders

Jay: okay we will be there soon.

Sam: Lucy, I know it's a long shot but could tessa be pregnant? That's the only thing I can link the vomiting to ?

Lucy: I was thinking the same. We will do another test when she is stable but for now we don't know, just dont panic and I'll come find you if there's any change.

Sam: okay * i text steph - hi can you and jay come to the mental ward and come to room 206 i will be waiting *
