Prologue

Sade laid across her king sized bed on watching Love island, completely loving the British accents and absolutely indulging in the Casa Amor Drama. It's been her latest guilty pleasure to do doing her free time. Her warm brown skin illuminated under the dimmed lights in her large bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows of her Dumbo high rise showing the rainy night time view of the city.

It was a Saturday night and she was home alone in her pajamas eating Chinese food. Sade kept checking her phone, waiting for a text from a certain someone. They haven't spoken to each other since earlier this morning so she couldn't help but worry a bit.

He was out doing whatever it is that he does. She doesn't bother asking him about what he does for living because she has an idea. Often she catches herself trying to figure things out, for the sake of wanting to know he's okay at all times. But the less she knew the better, if she needed to know she would.

Biting into her last chicken wing, she nearly knocks her plate of food over when her phone begins to ring. A flash of disappointment covers her face when her Best friend Bunny's name pops up on the screen, instead of her baby. Quickly she answers, propping the phone up with a big smile on her face. As fast as her smile came, it left when she seen Bunny's angry face.

"What's wrong? What happened?!" Sade belts out.

"Sade I'm done!"

"Done with what? What's going on?"

"Tell me why some girl just came in my Dm talking bout' she messing with Bank!" Bunny says, also laying down on her bed.

"Excuse me?" Sade rolls her eyes, annoyed at another situation Bank is about to put her friend through.

"Word to my mother I'm not doing this shit no more Sade. Like don't be posting up on the gram with me but dogging me out in private. Can't be a real nigga and a liar."

"I don't know Bunny, let's not jump to conclusions." Sade says to her bestfriend Micii through FaceTime. Calmly the young woman sits her phone up in front of the large vanity, as she sat on the chair in front of it.

"Fuck that! What I do know is the bitch said she bout to send me the screen shots." Bunny fires back, irritation all over her face. Sade was on the phone trying to talk her bestfriend out of killing her boyfriend Quay also known as Bank in the 5 boroughs. This wasn't the first time a chick played herself coming to Bunny as a woman. In the last 2 years of their situation, there have been many times SB and Bun' had to beat on a few hoes behind Bank. Micii knew that Bank wasn't shit but she was holding onto the lies and potential.

Who was Sade to judge? She was messing with his cousin Cito who probably is on the same timing as him but more slick with his "mistakes". Difference was Bun and Bank are in a relationship. Plus Cito had no problem letting her know that she wasn't his girl, especially when it benefits him.

"I know you fucking lying!" Bunny shrieks through the phone, alarming Sade.

"What happen?! Send them!" Sade says back, feeling her nerves already.

"Just sent them.. You not gone like this.."

Finally receiving the screenshots, as expected there are incriminating messages and videos of Quay. Causing Sade to shake her head until her eye caught view of Cito in the back of one of the videos, hugging up on some bitch in a hookah lounge.
