Nightmare

Logan's POV

I open my eyes slowly as I sit up. I feel around the desk next to me trying to find my glasses. I hear Remus shift next to me. Quieting my movement I pick up my glasses and put them on. I look around and realized I'm drenched in sweat. I turned my head towards the clock and see that its 5 am.

I rub my eyes under my glasses and softly groan.

"Logan?" I hear Remus mumble beside me. "If you're doing something sexy right now please continue."

I roll my eyes at his comment.

"No Remus. I'm not doing...that." I say as he sits up stretching.

"Damnit." He says yawning. "So what happened? You're usually all about good sleep schedules."

"I know I just had an odd dream," I say remembering it.

"Oh really?." He says winking.

"Not like that," I say blushing. "It was an unsettling dream."

"Oh, so a nightmare." He says putting his hands behind his head as he leans on the pillows. "What was it about?"

"Well, I was in a room. It was pitch black and I could hear music." I say trying my best to describe it since I was not the best storyteller. "And they were whispering. I couldn't tell what they were saying. Next thing I know I was there. Well, I think it was me. The face was scratched out. And the whispers got louder. And soon I realized they were whispering insults. The music went out of tune and soon it was just violins being played incorrectly and piano keys being slammed down. Soon the small whispers turned to screams. Until it was all just noise. Screams and slams and crying I think? Finally, black ink oozed down slowly drowning out the noise. Then I woke up."

I realized I was staring at the wall ahead and turn my gaze to Remus as he looked at me.

"Wow." He says. "That's kinda dark. Especially for you."

"Sorry," I say quickly.

"No no. Let's go back to sleep and we'll talk about it later." He says putting his arm around me.

I nod laying back down. Slowly drifting off to sleep again.

That was a dream I had. So oop. Also, Remus isn't super gross in this one cuz 1. It's about Logan and 2. He's tired. It's totally not cuz I suck at writing chaotic characters...
