I don't remember but someone woke me up in the bus. I soon realized that we were pulling up to the bus ramp of our school. I started pulling up my book bag to my shoulder and got my lunch bag. As the bus driver opened the door, I stood up and since I was in the first seat, I was able to get out first. Although, I did manage to say "thank you" to the bus driver. She smiled and seemed very nice and polite.
Since it was my second year in METS Academy, I already knew where I was to go first which was my Applications classes. As I walked in, I saw my teacher, Mrs. Mitchell, talking to some of my classmates. I knew some of them though I only walked past most of them in the hallways. When I walked through the door, I was surprised. Almost everyone knew and greeted me and Mrs. Mitchell gave me a really tight, and big bear hug. Then, I found myself joining the conversation.
I felt great after my first few classes. I was anxious at first but I came to enjoy myself and all my classmates. I was especially happy to see my best friends, Kasey and Leslie, in my third through seventh classes. My first impressions with all my teachers seemed to have been great. It looks to be the beginning of another great year for me.
