Sasha.

There were so many cards for me to get through. I was starting to get tired of reading the same thing over and over.

The basics of every card were "we can't wait to see you in class again" or "get better soon" or something along those lines. It was thoughtful, though there were a few that definitely stood out.

Connie's was one of the first ones I've read.

Hey Potato mama,

You're gonna get better so we can continue to steal from the cafeteria, right? Going with you to sneak snacks was always the best part of high school and it carried into college. We all miss you and your weird obsession with food.

Also, you have to get better because I said so. And because you have a whole lotta stuff you need to do before you kick the bucket. Not that I think you won't make it, but you better live longer than me is all I'm saying. Otherwise, I will go with you. And that's a scary thought.

Feel better pretty lady, Jean and I are always here for you.

I smiled softly reading that. Connie was almost never serious, and he was honestly awful at writing notes, but this was simply adorable. I set that one upright on the table next to me. A majority of these cards would be put in the drawer just because of me not having enough room, honestly.

While most the cards were the same boring thing, I did have a few more that cracked me up. Eren's writing, first of all, was atrocious. I could hardly make out exactly what he wrote, but it made me laugh!

Sasha,

You are the best. You are funny, cool, and loud. You always make the class laugh at your stupid remarks. Honestly, you're pretty dope. Don't change loca. You should come back soon. Feel better soon, I mean. I guess it's cancer but like.. you can probably kick its ass, right? Well, I hope you can. You're amazing and I know I'm not the only one who thinks that. Jean and Connie barely stop talking about you. Literally. I think they are always talking about you. You guys are definitely something.

Anyway, I feel like you're just going to laugh at me for how I wrote this, Armin is already laughing at me. Oh well. Get well soon! Sorry I haven't been by to visit, I've been busy. You know how it is.

Despite how irritating Eren can be, his little letter did make me laugh a little. He is so weird. That one deserves to be standing next to Connie's, honestly.

I had finally gotten to my last letter, most likely Jean's since I hadn't found his yet. However, before I opened it, my door creaked open and Niccolo popped in.

I immediately smiled, setting the card down. "Nico!" I sat up a bit more in my bed, looking over at the taller male. "Did you bring me anymore delicious food?"

"Of course. This time I brought you some chicken and dumplings with brownies for dessert." He smiled, pulling a chair up next to my bed and setting the two bowls of delicious looking food on my lap.

Honestly, I was in love with his cooking. He was amazing, and I couldn't get over it. Immediately, I began to dig in to the delicious food.

"This is amazing. I have no idea how you are such a good cook, like seriously." I laughed as I shoveled the food in my mouth.

I noticed he was watching me from the corner of my eye and I blushed a bit, slowing down as I ate. For some reason, I didn't want him to think I was a pig or anything like that. I didn't know why I cared so much, but I did.

"Oh.. you know. I use to go to culinary school, remember? They taught me some pretty cool things.." Niccolo mumbled, his hand moving up to his neck and rubbing it slightly.
