Juan's POV

It was another day in the office and I was at my desk reviewing a few things from my computer.

But I soon noticed Jones walking towards me with a disgusted expression on his face.

"What's seems to be the problem, Jones?" I asked,

"Juan. Did you eat your breakfast this morning?" Jones questioned,

"Yeah, Why?" I responded,

"Well, You're going to need an iron stomach for this one. We just had a new case and all I can tell you is that a girl named, Jennifer Carter, did not have a happy ending," Jones explained,

With that, I turned off my computer and stood up from my chair.

"Where was her body found?" I questioned,

"She was discovered in one of the butcher warehouses, near the docks," Jones revealed, "I can't say I'm thrilled, but should we get going then?"

"Indeed," I responded,

Crime Scene...

The whole warehouse was blocked off once again by Police Tape and the police officers were present to ensure no one trespasses within the scene.

Jones and I then enter the warehouse, and the moment I saw the body. I felt my stomach tingle as I covered my nose and mouth with my right hand.

Jennifer Carter was hanging upside down with her bound feet hooked on one of the ceiling hooks, stripped to her underwear, and her dry blood dripping onto the floor.

"Damn... Whoever did this, must have been sick in the head," I muttered,

"Yeah," Jones agreed,

"But enough about that. Jones, get some guys, and a body bag for the poor girl. I'll investigate the scene for a moment," I ordered,

"Okay," Jones said, as radios a few guys to help with the body.

I looked around and saw a bloody shoe print just a few meters below the victim's body. I kneeled, pulled out a camera I got when I was first sent here, and took a picture of the footprint.

Then I stood up straight and kept looking around the warehouse for more clues. There, I saw a trash can with its lid slightly open.

Jones, who just finished bring down the victim into a body bag, spotted me opening a garage can and immediately went to my side.

"You want to take a look at the garbage can?" Jones asked,

"The lid was recently opened. So I'll take a gander at it and see if I can find something noteworthy," I said,

As I carefully searched the trash can, I soon noticed a black handle at the very bottom of the can, grabbed it, and carefully pulled it out of the can.

What I found in the can was a bloody cleaver which caused Jones to pale a bit.

"Looks like we just found our murder weapon, Jones," I said,

"Indeed, and the thought of someone waving this in front of your nose... Jennifer must have been terrified," Jones added,

"And here's the worst part. Our Murderer stood there and watched our victim bled to death," I added, as I put the bloody cleaver inside a large evidence bag and put it away.

"By the way, Jones. Who owns this warehouse?" I asked,

"That would be a certain, Raoul Colletti. He's waiting to be interrogated," Jones replied,
