Imagine Dylan acting awkward around you.
Came up with this one on my own.
Enjoy, Undead Army!

Y/N walked into the studio to bring coffee to her friends who were working tirelessly on their new album. She handed the specific coffees to their owners and smiled at Dylan as she handed the Styrofoam cup to him.
"Here you go, Dylan. Cream, three sugars and an espresso shot." Y/N smiled as Dylan looked up from his phone. He nodded his head and took the cup from her. Y/N's eyes lowered as she turned to her other friends. "Do you guys need anything else?" She asked.
"Yes, we do." Danny nodded as he turned to the keyboard. Y/N walked up behind him and placed a hand on his back.
"What's up?"
"We need an expert pianist's opinion." Danny responded.
"Well, that's me. Let me hear it." Y/N chuckled. Danny began to play the chords as Y/N nodded her head to the rhythm.
"That sounds amazing, but if you make the D longer, it will give it more of an ominous tone."
"Yea, yea." Danny nodded as he wrote it down a piece of paper. Jorel nodded his head and they all thanked their friend.
"Well, if I'm no longer needed, I am heading to your house so I can help Reese plan Roman's party." Y/N smiled as she pointed at the lead singer.
"Yea, thanks so much for doing that." Danny smiled.
"Of course, he is my godson." Y/N smiled as she patted her brother in laws shoulder. "I will see you later, Jorel, for Larissa's party."
"Yea, I might be a little late so I'll miss the surprise part but I definitely will be there." Jorel nodded.
"Alright, see you then. Bye, guys!" Y/N smiled as she walked out the door. The friends waved to the woman as she left the studio. Then they all turned to Dylan.
"What. The fuck. Was. That?" George asked.
"What was what?"
"You completely ghosted her. Didn't even say thank you. You were all happy and giddy before she showed up." Jordon added.
"I don't know, man....I just....." Dylan trailed off as his cheeks slowly turned red. Danny's eyes widened as he slowly began to chuckle.
"You like her, don't you?"
"W-What...no." Dylan stuttered.
"You have a crush on my sister in law." Danny laughed.
"I do not."
"Then why are you so awkward around her?" Jorel asked.
"Cause she's a pretty girl and she's nice." Dylan responded.
"So you do think she's pretty?" Jordon asked.
"Of course I think she's pretty." Dylan nodded. "But that doesn't mean I'm attracted to her or that I wanna date her."
"Dylan, you deserve to date someone. You should date someone." George smiled.
"Even if you can't admit that you wanna date her." Jorel smiled. Dylan rolled his eyes at his friends before turning back to the table covered in paper and pens.
After a few days, Y/N walked back into the studio and greeted the band as she sat down with coffee and donuts.
"You called, I answered." She said as she sat down in between Jorel and George, across from Dylan.
"What would we do without you?" Danny asked.
"Starve." Y/N chuckled.
"Thanks for the donuts, Y/N." Dylan smiled.
"Absolutely." Y/N nodded. The friends all passed smug looks as Dylan and Y/N continued to look at each other. "Alright, well if you guys no longer need me, I will be off."
"Nah, why don't you stay?" Jordon offered.
"Really?"
"Yea, we love hanging out with you." Jorel nodded as he patted the chair where Y/N was sitting just moments before. She nodded her head and sat back down.
They began to laugh and joke around, getting nothing done, they decided to take a lunch break so when they came back, they were ready to work.
"Alright so a salad for J, two cheese burgers with lettuce only for George, nuggets and fries for Jordon..."
"Ten piece." He piped in.
"Ten piece nugget and fries for Jordon, Danny you also want a salad. House for Danny, garden for Jorel. Dylan? What do you want?" Y/N asked.
"I'll come with you." Dylan smiled awkwardly. Y/N nodded her head and walked out of the room with her list.
They climbed into Y/N's 2018 Toyota Tacoma and began their drive to McDonald's.
"Dyl?" Y/N said as she pulled out of the parking lot.
"Yea?"
"Are you mad at me?"
"What? No. Why would you think that?"
"Because you've just been....quiet around me lately and I was worried I did something wrong."
"No....I'm just an awkward person." Dylan chuckled.
"You're really not." Y/N responded.
"Can I be honest with you?"
"Of course." Y/N nodded as she turned left onto another road.
"I always act so awkward and nervous when I'm with you because you......you make me nervous."
"Why?"
"Cause, I wanna impress you so badly that I'm scared I'm over doing it and making it seem like I'm a douchebag when I'm not."
Y/N remained silent for a moment, making Dylan extremely uncomfortable.
"Please say something." Dylan pleaded.
"Dylan, you should never feel nervous or uncomfortable around me. And that's a relief too because I get nervous around you and I don't know what to say. And I'm worried that I'm gonna mess up this great thing we have going on."
"So what does this mean?" Dylan asked. Y/N held a finger in the air, telling Dylan to wait a moment, she ordered the food for the band and went through the drive through before pulling into a parking spot and turning to face the tall Mexican man. She smiled warmly, tilted her head and leaned in. Gently pressing her lips against his, she felt his lips curl into a smile mid kiss. When they pulled away, they both blushed uncontrollably.
"Is that what that means?" Dylan chuckled.
"Only if you want it too."
"Oh yes, I want that to mean that."
"I'm very confused." Y/N laughed.
"Me too." Dylan smiled. "Are we a thing now? Do we want to be a thing?"
"Dyl, I like you a lot. I really do. But I also don't wanna jump into something we're not ready for...." Y/N's sentence was interrupted by another kiss. She felt Dylan's soft hands rest on her cheeks. She held his wrists gently before letting him pull away.
"I've always been a now or never kind of guy. So it's now or never. What do you say I take you on a date tomorrow night. Somewhere nice." Dylan smiled. Y/N nodded her head before starting her truck and driving back to the studio.
When they arrived, the other men groaned in hunger.
"What took you so long?" Jorel asked as his salad was rested on the table in front of him.
"Line was super long." Dylan responded as he looked over to Y/N. She looked back and giggled.
After lunch, the men got back to work and Y/N left. She left knowing she had a date the next day with the man that would soon be her husband and the father of her children.
