Zenitsu's POV:

I was at the front gate making sure everyone has their rightful clothing and no one crosses the dress code until something caught  my eye. I saw Tanjiro stumbling a lot almost falling over most of his stumbles. '𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨?' He fell down onto the ground and I rushed over to him and picked him up a bit.

Tanjiro : "G-Good Morning Z-Zenitsu!"

𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩.

Zenitsu : "Are you sick!?"

Tanjiro : "W-Well yeah.. but I'm f-fine!"

Zenitsu : "No you aren't, why did you even came to school?!"

Tanjiro : "I-I can't leave Nezuko by herself.."

Zenitsu : "I know you love your sister but your putting too much on yourself.."

I said and he looked terrible. I can't send him back home since he lives far so I just sighed and helped him up. He could walk a bit but he needed some help, I held his hand and whenever he stumbles I'll just help him.

Zenitsu : "Did you took medicine this morning..?"

Tanjiro : "Mhm.."

Zenitsu : "Just stay by my side, the only class we don't have together is the second period."

He hummed in response and we made our way to the benches in the garden to just relax since class won't be starting soon. He rested his head onto my shoulders and I just blushed a bit, I felt his head to see if the sickness is getting worse of not but it's as bad right now.

I was on my phone and he was watching but would yawn sometimes since he's tired from walking to school. As we were minding our own business someone came.

??? : "Hey Kamado, wanna hang out?"

Tanjiro : "Sur-"

Zenitsu : "Who are you?"

??? : "A friend of him!"

Tanjiro : "We met yesterday."

Zenitsu : "Yeah that's cool but he's staying."

Tanjiro : "Zenit-"

I covered his mouth and he muffled a bit before staying quiet. I'm keeping him by myside either he likes it or not. His condition isn't the best right  now and that person probably doesn't even know how to take care of him like I do.

??? : "Your so greedy! I just wanna hang out."

Zenitsu : "He's sick, I'm taking care of him."

??? : "Don't be so above everyone I can take care of him too!"
