Concert day. Hell.
I was in the dressing room backstage, I've had a quick shower after all those rehearsals again. I had worn a pair of black skinny jeans and a ripped tshirt as usual.
I put on my rings and necklaces and looked in the mirror. My hand found my hair to fix it a little, reaching out the table afterwards to grab the package of cigarettes. As I placed one in between my lips, I remembered we weren't allowed to smoke in the dressing room, so I grabbed the lighter with me and headed outside.
My back was against the wall as I lighted the cigarette, blowing the smoke out of my nose.
"Oh hey there," I heard an unfamiliar husky voice say. My eyes found a gorgeous green eyed girl who was wearing a tight, black lace-up dress. Her hair was a bit messy, which made her look even more beautiful.
"Hey," as I looked at her for a bit longer she started to seem familiar, but from where?
"You must be the new guitarist," she said, checking me out.
"I am," I replied, "Nice outfit, by the way."
"Oh you like that? You should hear my phone number." I smirked at the reference she made. I loved the show she had just quoted from. It was one of my favorites.
"Hold on, then I wanna change my line," she gave me a confused look, then I looked at her up and down, smirked and pointed my head at her, "Hey, how you doin'?"
She laughed at what I said, looked at me with an amused expression and grinned. "I like you already."
When I placed the cigar again, she took the cigarette away from my lips and took a puff of it, blowing the smoke out to my face. I can't deny, she looked so damn hot. "So where's Camz?"
"Camila?" She nodded and I shrugged, "Probably in her dressing room."
"I heard you're gonna perform with her already?"
"Just one song for one time." I took the cigarette from her hand which made her smirk, took another puff of it and threw it to the trash near us.
"You must be really good at singing too, then. I better be quick and make you my guitarist before Camz steals you for good."
And now the light bulb switched on. She was Lauren, her old bandmate. Of course.
"I don't know, Lauren" I replied, scrutinizing her beautiful face, "What are your offers?" I could tell she started to get tense and approached me a little.
"Oh wouldn't you like to know."
"Lauren," I heard the familiar voice from behind us. We both turned our heads to see a pissed Camila approach us.
"Hey, I've been looking for you," Lauren said smiling at her, then turned her gaze to me. "I was just asking where you are to..."
"Y/N," I said.
"Y/N, yes. Thank you, it was nice to meet you," she said extending her hand for me to shake, which I did. I felt a little piece of paper in between my fingers and I played along, "Always a pleasure."
She winked at me before going to Camila's dressing room. Camila was standing in front of me still, with a look I couldn't quite read, but I could tell it wasn't something good.
"Don't flirt with my friends, Y/N."
"Is there such a rule?"
She gave me a stern look, then her eyes met my outfit. She was staring at my tshirt shaking her head, "Why are all your tshirts ripped?"
