I have quite a bit to show y'all since I've been working on a lot of stuff since last update
First one is Wisp!
He's the spirit of a dead plague doctor and a sort of guide for Koi, who is the only one (other than Mindy) who can hear and communicate with these spirits. Shifty gave him the nickname since nobody knows who he was in life and he's eating a cookie because it's common for people in that world to give these spirits a treat as a sign of respect and Shifty always keeps some one it to give to Wisp and any other plague doctor spirits they run into

Next is Mindevious and her adopted daughter Ghost
Ghost was originally going to be one of Shifty's siblings, but I thought this was a cute idea given both Ghost and Mindy's natures and interests plus it's allowed me to characterize both a lot more and in a very cute way!

I drew them as part of a collab for drawing npcs from a dnd campaign with my irl friends and it was fun, especially since two of them were plague doctors :3
